Amelia Bones: Fifth-year Hufflepuff and one of the Hogwarts prefects from her house. She is the future Director of the DMLE in Hermione's old future, though that is still many years away from now. She's interested in improving the security ofthe wizarding world and being an Auror like her father (Chief Auror AmalricBones). Younger sibling to Daedalus Bones.
Amelia is a variant of Amalia. Latinised name of the Germanic name Amala, a short form of names beginning with Amal-, meaning "work".
First appearance: Her first appearance is in a meeting that Tom attended in Chapter 37 ("The Dark Side of the Moon"). Her next one is in Chapter 53 ("Reclamation").
