Anand Patil (OC): Gryffindor sixth-year and friend to all three Prewetts (the twins as well as Ignatius), he considers himself as a decent enough duellist and an outgoing optimist, the latter which earned him many friends easily across years and sometimes Houses. Athletic on the broom, he's the First Chaser of the Gryffindor quidditch team as well as team captain. Has already passed Advanced DADA (I) though he didn't take the second class. Technically he's the forefather of the canon Padma and Parvati Patil.
'Anand' means 'happiness, bliss' in Sanskrit.
Second Arc: Appears in Chapter 66 ("Life on Mars"), apparently pulled out of Gryffindor Tower by the twins to try out obstacle course/death trap run by Paul and Peter Prewett.
