After I inspected my new bow, I put it back into my inventory and pulled out my first bow so I could take a closer look at it once more.

[Beginner Bow]

[A simple bow that is easier to fire, but has low firing power.

Effects: +11 ATK

Quality: 10]

To be honest, this bow served me well on my first day in <Isekai>. It was such a shame that I had to part ways with it since its job was finished and I had already trained my [Archery] skill enough to wield a stronger bow. But I felt that selling it might be a bit unfair on my end. I wondered if my [Woodcutting] skill could help me salvage the [Beginner Bow] into so-

"Move out of the way! That damn magician is crazy!"

The sound of that voice broke my concentration towards my [Beginner Bow] and I turned around to see a player wearing leather armor run down the stairs, pushing others out of the way and fleeing out of the building. What was his problem? I was about to leave my station, but just seeing that guy made me a bit angry with how he pushed the others out of the way without any remorse or concern for them. But still, what caused him to run anyway? I noticed some other players also running down the stairs, as some of the blacksmiths and carpenters noticed this and approached them to ask what was going on. More importantly, that rowdy player had mentioned a "magician"...

I would've just ignored it as another [Alchemy] explosion from someone else, but just the mention of that word made me worried. Kazu was upstairs and I feared something might've happened to him. Packing up everything from my station, I quickly rushed through the crowd and headed upstairs as fast as I could.

----

As I arrived on the second floor, I quickly stopped as my eyes widened at what I saw. Rather than seeing artisans working on their crafts, I saw them running away from bolts of electricity and fire flying around the room like crazed bees buzzing around defenseless victims. Just seeing the floor like this reminded me of a war zone. Which begged the question, what the hell happened here?

Looking around at the mess, I quickly saw Kazu looking around behind his station with a worried look on his face, and I ran up to him while calling his name. "W-Wind?! I-I can explain..."

Explain? Don't tell me he was responsible for all of this craziness?!

I wanted to ask him what he meant, but I notice a stray lightning bolt flying towards my younger brother. Thinking quickly, I pulled out my sword and swung it at the bolt without even knowing if it would work. To my surprise, it did as the bolt suddenly dispersed in sparks that spread through my sword's blade. I wondered how it is possible, but that was short-lived as I turned to Kazu again and gave him a stern glare. "You can start by helping me stopping these bolts. What the hell did you do?!"

As I began swinging my sword in an attempt to deflect the bolts away from my brother, he approached me slowly and turned towards the chaos in front of us. "I-I didn't mean to set off such a chaotic spell! I was just trying to make my staff an- Look out!"

Kazu's sudden change in tone caused me to turn and once I see the lightning bolt heading towards me, I quickly pushed him down to the ground before I rolled under a table to avoid it. "Your magic crafting skill did all this?! How in the world did you turn a typical crafting process into magical mayhem?!"

"I-I don't know! But can we discuss this after we stop these magic bolts from hurting anyone here!"

He had a point. If we squabbled anymore, more people would get hurt from those bolts. With Kazu's help, we spent several minutes putting out all of the chaotic magic on the floor.
