If Y/n would define stress, it would definitely be school.
Stuck from thousands of schoolworks, she literally have no time for anything else; and don't forget about anxiety, it just makes everything worse. It was really shown on her face how exhausted she was from all the works but still, she would not forget to smile. However, Y/n's busy schedule made her very own boyfriend, Yuta, sulky.
"I need cuddles." Yuta said as he watched his girlfriend paying more attention to papers than him.
"I still have a lot of things to finish." The stressed girl mumbled, causing Yuta to pout. He didn't want to bother her but he do want to help her relieve her stress a bit so he sat next to her, wrapping his arms around her waist as he buried his face on her neck.
"I'm giving you energy to finish all of it." He mumbled before closing his eyes.
Y/n blushed and muttered a small thank you as she pecked a kiss on his forehead.
Her busy days continued and Yuta couldn't bear to watch her falling sick due to lack of rest; she's too sleep deprived and it's making him worry a lot.
"Love." He called out and Y/n stopped walking as she turned to look at him.
"Hmm?"
Yuta stared at her and after heaving a sigh, he took a step towards her. "What time does your school end?"
"Around four today." She answered. "But I have to stㅡ"
"Let's go on a date." He said and when he noticed she was about to complain, probably to say she has lots of things to finish, he cupped her cheeks and stared directly to her eyes. "You can't say no. You've been stressing yourself too much and I hate seeing you like that. I'll pick you up later."
He then pecked her on the lips. "Bye, I love you." And with that he dashed away from Y/n, leaving her flustered at his sudden action. Her heart was fluttering and her cheeks were warm. As she eyed her beloved who literally had the audacity to scold her in the middle of the street, kiss her and then leave, the corners of her lips curled upwards.
"He's really unbelievable." Y/n said before rushing to her class.
The next few hours were more stressful than ever. The professors assigned them more tasks, adding up to her already piled up schedule. Y/n was extremely exhausted by the time her class ended. She was getting emotional as all she wanted was to cry and sleep for a whole day.
Her mind was drifting off to what might happen if she failed; her parents will be disappointed and it would be even more painful if Yuta too, will be disappointed of her. Y/n was too lost in thoughts that she didn't notice Yuta in front of her. Her mind was brought back to reality when she bumped into a hard chest and right away she apologized.
"I'm sorry." She said without realizing it was Yuta.
"I won't ask how your day went because it's clearly visible it was stressful." Y/n looked up and her eyes immediately got teary by just seeing Yuta's face. He noticed it right away and as a sigh leave him, he took her hand and dragged her somewhere else.
"Where are we going?" Y/n asked.
"Somewhere far away." He said. "I'll take you to the place where the sky is too close for you to reach the stars."
Y/n was confused but she didn't ask anything else. She silently followed him, observing the surroundings and a smile made its way to her lips when she recognized their path.
"Your house?" She asked and Yuta nodded with a grin. Soon the two reached his house and as they enter, a woman's head appeared from the kitchen.
"Oh, Y/n!" Yuta's mom exclaimed and went quickly to hug her.
"Hi Mrs. Nakamoto." Y/n said as she hugged back.
"Just mom will do." His mom said as she cupped the face of her son's lover.
"Mom we'll stay at the rooftop." Yuta interfered and dragged Y/n upstairs. Her mouth hanged open the moment they arrived. A little camp was set by Yuta. There was a tent, pillows and a blanket, and fairy lights illuminating the place. It's cute and Yuta couldn't help but feel proud of himself for making his beloved smile widely.
He dragged her towards the little camp, making her sit beside him. The scene was too perfect. The sun was setting, the cold breeze was sending shivers down their spine and there, they appreciate each other's presence.
"Bring it on, y/n." Yuta said all of a sudden, confusing her. "Pour it out. I'm here to listen."
With that, her eyes got teary right away and Yuta immediately pulled her into a hug. As she told him everything, he hugged her tighter. He listened to her every word, not missing a thing.
"I can't ignore the feeling whenever I'm around them. I feel like they're judging me and their eyes are scary." Y/n sobbed.
"Drop the names, I'll find them and poke their eyes so they'll stop looking at you." Yuta said and Y/n pulled back, a small chuckle left her as she hit him.
"Yuta!" Y/n exclaimed.
"I'm just kidding." He grinned and reached his hand to touch Y/n's cheek. "Y/n, just remember that I'm here for you. I'll always be proud of you, in anything you do. I hate seeing you being stressed out too much but what I hate more is when I can't do anything to help you. So now, let's forget about everything and just enjoy. Relax and free yourself from all your worries. I'll help you with your thesis tomorrow, I promise."
"Thank you.." She mumbled and never had she felt so lucky in her entire life until Yuta came to her life. The night was full of laughter and smile. Y/n forgot about her worries.
Yuta is her greatest comfort, her stress reliever, her favorite kind of rest and most important of all, her beloved.
