Cursed
Her life hangs in the balance
The doc has tried his hand
He constantly reassuring me
He's doing the best he can.
So much blood
I couldn't leave
"Hold on, Bella!
Hold on, Please!"
He worked on her
Throughout the night
Until he finished off
Sewing her up tight.
So many scars
What has she been through?
Her life is still not won.
I didn't know what else to do.
3Gun came to get me
He had a train to catch.
I didn't want to leave
Things were still a mess.
But I had no choice.
Until Billy stepped in.
I got this, Brody.
I thanked him.
I got to sit by her side.
Until too tired
To stay awake.
Doc, said,
"Go home Brody,
For Goodness Sake.
You'll be no good to take
Care of her in this state."
Brody staggered out into the night
Knowing that Doc was right
Wishing, praying
She doesn't give up the fight.
Why do all the woman in his life
End up kidnapped, shot or worse?
Sometimes he wondered.
If he were cursed.
