Shattering

It's Jungkook's birthday today and Jin put on his tough front to go to Jeon's mansion per Aunt Soomi's request. She misses Jin dearly; they haven't met in a long time since she's noticed Jungkook came back home looking strained from Namjoon's place. She wanted to ask him but decided not to invade her son's privacy.

Instead, she wants more bonding session with Jin; she doesn't have daughter to bake with her, so her Jinnie has been sacrificed his time to learn baking and gardening from her. Jin arrived the mansion since 7am to help his aunties and mother bake birthday cake and chocolate chip cookies; the only sweet treat Jungkook still enjoys after stop eating anything sweet long times ago.

The sound of laughing and clattering sounds so domestic to the husbands' ears. They love seeing their wives laugh and enjoy each other's company like this. It feels sweet and oddly endearing. Ailee, Jungkook and Namjoon's granny just sits in the living looking at the scene with fondness. Witnessing how her family grows with love and care

"Aww look at my small bean, making perfect cookie dough, I feel so proud I could cry unni"

Soomi said like a proud mom watching her small bean growing up in front of her

"You're literally crying right now" Taeyeon, Namjoon's mom, teasingly mocked her sister in law who is whipped for their small bean

"Aunty, you're exaggerated" Jin said with head hung low, getting embarrassed with all the praise from his elders like he's some prodigy

"Right, you're 'overreacted' Soomi-hah" Mina, Jin's mom said but you could see the proud smile gracing her face

"Whatever, as long as I got to taste my small bean's cookies, your opinions are 'irrelevant'"

She said with the quotation gesture and whipping off her imaginary tear before all of them busted out laughing

They spent their morning having hearty breakfast with their spouses and their small bean; baking; laughing, and go to garden for some flowers to decorate a bit making the small party lovely and fluffy at the same time.

They decided to go out to buy more foods; wanting to spend more quality time with the loves of their lives. Leaving Jin alone at home because the small bean doesn't want to be a lonesome among the lovebirds.

Ailee decided to go to senior citizen center to visit her friends there; she too doesn't want to be a thirdwheel.

The sound of engine pulls in at the garage could be heard and Jin was excited, he finally gets to talk to his Kookie hyung again after what feels like a decade of not seeing him. Jin ran to the garage with a package of chocolate chip cookies in his hand. But his heart fell to the ground; shattering into dust with what's happening in front of him.

Jungkook stands between the girl's leg; bracing her against car door, both are sucking each other's faces hungrily, making out like there's no tomorrow; hands roaming each other's bodies; and Jungkook started to suck the girl's neck and collarbone like she's the tastiest meal he could have at the moment. Jin didn't want to witness that but his feet stuck to the ground

"Ahhhhh!!! Who are you!!!!!" A ear-shattering squeal echoed through the empty space

"What the f-"

Shock was an understatement for Jungkook right now when he looked at the intruder behind him. His mom called him saying that they  ALL go out to buy extra stuff so he could go home refreshing himself before the party. He realized now that was his mom's trap for him to be alone with her small bean and make up; well, she thinks they had a small fight as usual when it's much more than that, however, it backfired them now isn't it. He composed himself and askd Jin

"Why are you here in my house, KID?"

Jungkook snickered at Jin but pulled back from the girl when he saw how Jin looked at them with hurt expression. He was happy for a brief moment seeing Jin got hurt witnessing him kissing the girl but he won't admit that.

"I-Aunty...err s-she asked m-me to..to h-help her bake cakes"

Jins stuttered, he clenched cookie bag tightly suppressing his tear, threatening to fall with just a blink

"Go back first Grace, I'll go to you after party"

He pecked the girl's lip sweetly yet he's not in the mood to continue whatever they were doing anymore because of the annoying thing standing behind his back

"Promise?" she asked hims seductively

"Promise" the girl smile sweetly at Jungkook but glare at Jin before leaving the mansion.
