The New Gate

Mike woke up before Alex. He slowly got up not waking Alex up. He covered her with the blanket and changed. Alex got a new power. She could see the future. While she was sleeping she saw the gate, it was in Hawkins Lab. she saw Jonathan carrying an unconscious Will running behind him was Joyce, Dustin, Steve, Nancy, El and Jason. They got in a car with Hopper and Robin. Max and Lucas were in the back seat. Demogorgons and the mind flayer 2.0 were chasing them. Alex saw herself screaming and crying. "No!" Alex saw herself yell. Alex saw Mike hugging her. She saw herself fall to the floor crying still hugging Mike. Alex felt what the future Alex felt. Alex screamed and woke up. Mike and Nancy ran to Mike's room. "Alex! What happened?" Mike asked. Alex wanted to think it was a dream. "Bad dream." Alex said. Mike hugged her. "Hey Alex." Nancy said. "Hi." Alex said. Nancy left. Alex pulled Mike out the hug. "Mike." Alex said. "What is it?" Mike asked. "The dream it showed the gate. It was in Hawkins Lab." Alex said. "Alex Hawkins lab is closed. They shut it down after Nancy and Jonathan exposed them." Mike said. "We can't take any chances, Mike." Alex said. Mike thought for a second. He nodded. "Meet me outside my house at 2:00 PM, okay?" Alex asked. Mike nodded. Alex teleported to her house. "You're back from Mike's?" Steve asked. Alex nodded. "I'm going to hang out with Max and El and then Mike." Alex said. "Remember-" Steve started. "Back at 6, i know." Alex said going upstairs. She went in her room and took out the box of letters. Alex started reading them for a while. She heard Steve call her name. "What is it?" Alex asked. "Someone wants to talk to you." Steve said. Alex took the phone. "Hello?" Alex asked. "They're all dead. They're all gone! It's all your fault!" someone said. Alex hung up the phone. "Who was it?" Steve asked. "Uhm it was El. I told her to call me when she wanted me to come over." Alex said. Steve nodded. Alex ran to her room and pulled out the gift she made for El a long time ago. Alex teleported to El's. she knocked on the door and El opened it. "Alex, hey." El said. "I have to tell you something." Alex said. "Okay." El said worried. They walked inside and went to her room. "So what is it?" El said. "When I was in Derry I made new friends and we did things that were fun but I've been hearing voices. This morning I got a call. I didn't know who it was but they said "they're dead. They're all gone! And it's all your fault!"." Alex said. El jumped back. "And I've been seeing things." Alex said. "What kind of things?" El said. "I slept at Mike's last night and-" Alex said. "You slept at Mike's? Aren't you with Richie?" El asked. "Yes and yes but me and Mike are just friends. Anyway I had a dream or something I don't know what it was but I saw the gate in Hawkins lab. I saw you, Jason, Dustin, Joyce, Steve, Nancy and Jonathan was there too. He was carrying Will. you guys were being chased by the mind flayer outside the lab. Hopper and Robin came in a car and you guys all went in. then I saw myself screaming and crying. I yelled no and Mike was there and he hugged me. I just fell to the floor crying." Alex said. "Maybe it was a bad dream." El said. Alex shook her head. "It was different. I it's like I could feel what I was feeling that moment. El I think I can see the future. I think something might happen to you." Alex said. El's eyes widened. "Promise me you'll be as careful as you can be." Alex said. "I I promise." El said. "Me and Mike are going to go back to Hawkins Lab to see if what I saw was real." Alex said. "Do you want me to come with you?" El asked. "No it's fine. I'm going to go see Max. I'll tell you what happens at the lab." Alex said. El nodded and hugged Alex. Alex hugged back. Alex teleported to Max's house. Max opened the door and ran to Alex. "are you crazy?!" Max asked. Alex was confused. Mike and Lucas came out. "Mike told us everything. What are you thinking?" Max said. Mike mouthed sorry. "What if what you dreampt was real? What if they're scientist there and they take you away?" Lucas asked. "They won't." Mike said. "What are you gonna do Mike? Bore them to death." Max said. Mike glared at Max. "look if you two want you guys can come too." Alex said. Max, Mike and Lucas all looked at her. "Let's go then." Lucas said. Max, Mike and Lucas held onto Alex. Alex teleported to the doors of Hawkins lab. Mike tried the door. "Locked." Mike said. Alex felt weird. She sneakly lifted her shirt open alittle. She saw a faded bruise starting to appear. "Alex? Alex, you okay?" Max asked. Mike looked at Alex. Alex put her shirt down and nodded. "The door's locked." lucas said. Alex got a new power. She looked at the door and all of a sudden the door opened. Alex's new power was she can make things do anything she wants if she focuses on it. Alex, Mike, Max and Lucas jumped back. "Did you get another power?" Mike asked. "I think so." Alex said. She walked inside. Mike, Max and Lucas followed. Mike saw a dried pool of blood. "That's where Bob died." Mike said. Max and Lucas looked. Alex kept walking. *Richie* "we should of never left!" Eddie yelled running. The losers were being chased by demodogs. They saw Hawkins lab. "In there!" Bill yelled. They all went through a hole in the fence. They ran inside Hawkins lab and closed the door. Mike, Max and Lucas turned to them. "We're safe." Richie said. "Woah Alex wasn't kidding when she said Richie looked like you." Max said. Richie and the losers turned around and saw Mike, Max, and Lucas. "Wait two Richie's. We're not in Hawkins we're in hell." Stanley said. Richie and Mike looked at each other. "Wait if that's Richie those must be Alex's other friends." Lucas said. "You know Alex?" Beverly asked. "Yeah she's right- where did she go?" Max said. They all turned around and Alex was gone. All of a sudden the demodogs started banging on the door. "Alex!" Mike yelled. Richie, Mike and the others backed away from the door. *Alex* Alex continued walking. She walked into the room that used to be her's. She saw her old drawings. She saw a red glow outside her door. She walked out the door and followed the light. It led her to the gate. It was open. She was so focused on the gate. "Alex!" She heard Mike yell. Alex turned around and heard banging. Her eyes widened and she started running back. The demodogs broke the door. One of them jumped on Richie. "Richie!" The losers yelled. Mike W grabbed a pole and hit the demodog off Richie. Max and Lucas helped Richie up. The demodogs started running to them. They started running. "In here!" Lucas said. "Come on Alex." Max said. They started hearing screeching. They saw a demo dog fly across the hall. They looked out the room and saw Alex. There were 5 demo dogs. Alex killed 4. Alex looked at Max. "they're gone." Alex said. Max smiled. Alex didn't see Richie or anyone but Max. Alex started feeling the bruise across her waist burn. "Ah!" Alex screamed. She fell to the floor. Richie and Mike W ran to her the others followed. "Alex, are you okay?" Mike W asked. Alex looked at Richie. "Richie?" Alex asked. "Yeah. I'm here Alex." Richie said. Alex screamed in pain. Richie and Mike quickly grabbed Alex's hand. "Alex what hurts?" Max asked. The losers didn't know what was going on and they were worried for Alex. Alex's leg started bleeding. She screamed. "My waist and and my ah! My leg!" Alex said. Max thought for a second. "Mike." Max said. "Yeah?" Both Mike's asked. "This Mike." Max said pointing at Mike W. Mike h nodded. "What is it?" Mike W asked. "This isn't the first time this has happened to Alex." Max said. Everyone but Alex and Richie looked at Max. "this always happens when the mind flayer is around." Max said. Mike W and Lucas's eyes widened. "Mind flayer? What is that?" Beverly asked. "It's this monster from another dimension called the upside down." Max said. "It's like an astral projection of our world." Lucas said. "And It's target is Alex." Mike W said. Richie looked at them. The losers looked scared. "What do you mean it's target is Alex?" Richie asked. "It keeps coming back." Max said. "And everytime it does it sends its army to kill Alex." Mike W said. "That's why we let Alex go to Derry to see her dad. We stayed here and closed the gate." Lucas said. "Gate? What gate?" Bill asked. "Its a portal that allows the monsters from the upside down to come to our world." Max said. They heard a loud roar. Alex covered her ears. She started crying. Richie looked at her. "We need to get her out of here." Eddie said. Richie and the others nodded. Richie and Mike W helped Alex up. "Her leg's bleeding." Ben said. "So is her hand." Beverly said. Richie and Mike W looked down. "Does the mind flayer look like he's made out of flesh." Mike H asked. "Yeah why?" Lucas asked. "Cuz He's at the end of the hall." Mike H said. They all looked at the end of the hall and saw the mind flayer. Alex's eyes widened. The mind flayer roared. Alex screamed in pain and covered her ears. She let go of Mike W and Richie and fell to the floor. All of a sudden the Mind flayer grabbed Alex's waist and pulled her. "Alex!" They all yelled. Alex could see well. She squinted her eyes and saw the mind flayer. She started screaming. The mind flayer started slowly crushing her waist. Alex melted out of the mind flayers grip and hit the floor. Richie ran to her. The mind flayer looked at her. Alex got mad. Her eyes got yellow again. She started lifting off the ground. They all backed up. Alex started screaming. The mind flayer flew back to the wall. Alex started shooting energy at it. Alex heard voices. "Alex." It sounded like Pennywise. She turned around and her eyes went back to normal. "It's not El." Pennywise said. "What?" Alex asked. "Alex, watch out!" Lucas yelled. The mind flayer hit Alex and she hit the wall. "Shit." Eddie said. Alex was unconscious. The mind flayer blocked the others so they couldn't help Alex. it stabbed her chest. Alex woke up and screamed. Richie looked around and found a small space. Beverly saw and axe outside. She ran and got the axe. Richie went under the small space. "Richie!" Beverly yelled. She slid the axe to Richie. Richie picked it up and hit the mind flayers arm. The mind flayers arm got cut. It fell back. Richie threw the axe and ran to Alex. Alex was crying. Richie ripped the arm of Alex. Alex screamed. Richie hugged her. Alex cried in his arms and hugged him. "We have to go now!" Max said. Alex snapped the mind flayers neck. The mind flayer fell unconscious. Alex's nose started bleeding and she fainted. "We need to get her to El's cabin. It's the closest." Mike said. Richie picked her up.
