Your hands grip the steering wheel. Your nails are turning white from the pressure.

Clem: Gently push the right pedal.

You push the pedal in and the car lunges forward faster than you were expecting.

Clem: Easy!

You slam the left pedal down and the car stops quick, throwing everyone forward. Brooklyn is laughing at you in the back.

Clem: You're going to need to calm down.

You: Alright.

The others went ahead so you didn't hit them.

Clem: Gently, means gently.

You: Right.

You push it gently and the car lurches forward, but not as much. You speed it up little by little until you reach twenty.

Clem: Stay at this speed until you're more comfortable.

Brooklyn: Just don't slam the breaks again. I'm going to try and get some sleep.

Violet: You're already better than Clem.

Clem: You've never really seen me drive.

Violet: Found you in a car, YOU crashed.

Clem: Just go to sleep.

Violet is riding with you now. You guess something happened last night while everyone was asleep. You'll talk to Clem about it when they're asleep.

You speed the car up to thirty now. The others are keeping a distance between you just incase.

Clem: You're doing great.

You: I hope so.

Clem: You'll get used to it.

You: Honestly, I don't want to.

Clem: You don't want to walk everywhere do you?

You: Nah, you can drive.

Clem: And when I don't want to?

You: Someone else can drive?

Clem: That someone being you.

Brooklyn: Quit your... whatever that is and pipe down.

You: It's called a loving relationship, Brooklyn. We're playing around.

Clem: Are we?

You: I thought we were.

Clem: I'm being serious about you driving, but I am just doing it to do it.

Brooklyn: Shut the fuck up!

You: Sorry.

You: I can't see. Why are they cute?
