An Urdu mahawra which is the most beneficial if we believe in it fully "Raat gayi baat gayi" ...but in this phrase we only believe in the first half that is Raat Gayi and what about Baat Gayi?. Words of others always remain here in my head, why? They are too gone with that night , they should not have any place in my head as they too are gone and if they were of any use they'll come back soon again, relax. Your mind is powerful enough to be lead by you I think, after reading mind platter. And that those words will kept coming but the truth is they are gone. If you will keep ignoring it with time your mind will do the same. Your mind will give you each and every doubt about everything, if to come or that which is gone and that is totally fine. With the night I shall to allow those words to pass because they are gone and if they are of any use they'll come back soon. So with Raat Gayi lets believe in baat gayi as well. No need to hold on to anything which is gone.
Raat Gayi Or Baat bhi Gayi.
