Third Person POV

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The avengers were gathered in the common room by Fury's request. He told them it was urgent and they needed to get there immediately. They were all gathered there, except stark. "Where is Stark?" Fury asked. "He's always late. Let's just start without him. Now what was so urgent that you needed all of us immediately?" Steve asked.

Fury pulled out a file. "Someone's been keeping tabs on Stark. And I don't mean pictures. I mean his thoughts and feelings." Fury explained. "So you basically found a diary?" Clint questioned. "You guys see for yourselves." He dropped the file and left. They all glanced around at it.

Bucky looked at it first and got a sour look then passed it to steve.

Steve did the same and Passed it so sam.

Sam frowned in confusion and passed it to Pietro.

Pietro and Wanda looked at it together and got real confused then passed it to Thor.

Thor frowned deeply and passed it to clint.

Clint scrunched his eyebrows and passed it to bruce.

Bruce looked a little angry and passed it to Nat.

Nat just stared at it. Reading it over and over to make sense of it.

"Lets read it!" Clint said. "No we sould ask stark and let him decid-" "Nope. He's not here. His loss." Everyone shrugged because they wanted to know what it was about. "Y'all want me to read it correct?" They all nodded in clarification.

"Loki and Ultron weren't wrong about humanity."

Everyone looked confused at the first line. Some a little angry. Nat continued.

"Though Tony Stark would never admit it to anyone. Humans had no mind of their own. They were like sheep, they followed the herd without knowing why they were following it. Whatever they were told was whatever they believed. They never wanted the facts. They never wanted the whole truth they were satisfied with what they were given. They were all about bronze not brains. (Am I the only one who did the reading?)"

A few of them frowned at the memory. Steve and Clint were particularly uncomfortable.

"Since day one People have underestimated tony stark. He was good at playing dumb even before Afghanistan. He let people see whatever side of the story they wanted. Besides it was easier to let people talk then to actually convince them of the truth. People underestimating him was how he survived. (Ah, this is funny, Mr. Stark. It's what, comfortable? Like old times?)"

Pietro winced remembering when he said that. Steve looked at his shoes remebering the times he's underestimated Tony.

"Don't blame the guy." Clint muttered. Natasha went back to reading.

"People are even funnier now. They see Ironman and Tony Stark as 2 different people. (Ironman yes. Tony stark not recommended.) Tony was just a drunk, egolgical, playboy. Ironman was the one out there risking life and limb to save people from aliens. villans, and terrorist organizations alike. Nobody takes tony seriously unless he's talking about tech, money, or weapons. Ironman could have people soaking in every breath he takes. Ironaman's the one who people shoud fear. (Take that off, and what are you?)"
