automatically assumed that him and MCU Peter were the same person

Im here to tell you he's not

The Peter Parker that is in the MCU is from a universe specifically made for the MCU

its Earth-199999 look it up if u must

but through extensive research i hath found that our Peter B Parker was not in the spiderverse movie

and I have seen some chapters about it but I wanted to do one on my own lol

Third Person POV

It was an oddly normal day for Peter Parker. He woke up in the avengers tower and was ready for school an hour early so he went on a quick patrol before coming back to the tower to grab his stuff. "Alright bye Dad." Peter said waving to Tony.

"First of all, you know we're coming with you today. Second of all, you couldn't acknowledge anyone else?" Sam said. "Oh yeah. Sorry." Peter said. "Well in sake of the whole world not knowing that you hold partial custody over me can I just take a different car?" Peter asked.

"Fine." Tony said tossing him the keys. "Thanks Dad. You're the best. See you all in a few hours." Peter said taking the elevator to the garage. They all waved at him and smiled.

Peter was staying with Tony, Pepper, and the avengers for a while since may had gotten into the medical program at John Hopkins University to get her doctorate. The avengers had been invited to do presentations on saftey and they worked with the school board to come up with what to do in case of alien invasions or possible world ending situations since it seems to happen alot.

They were going to every school and new york and today was the day they went to Peter's school. So when Peter arrived at school they did homeroom and watched half of a movie before everyone was called down for the assembly. "Dude this is so cool!" Ned said. "What is?" Peter asked.

"We get to see the avengers and they're giving a Q&A afterwards!" Ned said. MJ gave him a look. "Dude, we've literally met the avengers before." Ned shrugged. "Doen't make it any less cool that we get to see them today." 

Peter smiled at his friends banter before he got the familiar buzz. He knew that Shield Agents were doing a sweep of the school area and they were staying posted so there was no immediate danger to him. So he shrugged it off.
