Proposal (headcanon)

-Gilbert spends ages thinking about the perfect way to do it

-He asks bash for help. bash makes fun of him for being so nervous
"Bash please I'm serious!"

-he takes you on a date somewhere special.

-this man has never been this nervous in his life.

-he keeps checking his pocket to see if the ring's still there.

-constantly thinking about what he'd do with his life without you

- he'd wait until it's dark and lit candles all around.

-he tries to play it off as a normal date, but you already sensed something special was going on.

-he would constantly fiddle with his fingers.

- he would start with a whole story about how you met and how much you mean to him. he'd tell you how bad he wants a future with you.

-he'd kiss you really hard when you say yes.

-he picks you up and spins you around with the biggest smile on his face.

-he'd call you future mrs blythe

-he won't stop dancing around the house for months. Bash is really glad to see him so happy
