Chapter 26:  Philippines?

Odette's POV

6 months later...

Anim na buwan ang lumipas and I already cope up with my surroundings. Hindi naman ako nahirapang mag adjust dahil tinulungan ako nila Dylan at Sierra.
Sierra's team were the only people who knew my secret.

Also I forgot the heads of UK also found out about this.

It happened when they ordered me to find new teammates para makasabak na daw ulit ako sa field.

~Flashback~

Habang nag tre-training ako dito sa training grounds nila ay may lumapit sa'kin na lalake na late 30's na ang edad. Actually kami lang ng team ni Sierra ang mga bata dito, the rest they are already adults. Like more than thirty years old or more.

He said that the queen wants to have a word with me so I went to her room.

"Yes Queen Catherine?" I asked formally.

I muttered after I entered her room here at the first floor of the palace.

"You need to gather a new teammates Princess Odette. I know it's hard for you to replace your old teammates because all of you grew old together but you need to forget them and set them free, my daughter," mahabang alintana ni Queen Catherine.

Sh!t nakalimutan naming pag usapan ni Sierra ang tungkol diyan . Odette's teammates that were annihilated before.

"Y-yes Queen C-catherine, I-I will," shit pull yourself together Fatima I mean Odette. Damn minsan nakakalimutan kong iba na pala ang pagkatao ko.

"I know you missed them already, especially your friend Dalla," malungkot niyang saad. Fudge sino si Dalla?

Okay, calm down Fatima, si Odette kana remember? Ang alam niya kilala mo ang Dallang sinasabi niya, okay. All you need to do is to pretend that it's true.

I saw her scrutinizing look studying my reaction.

"Y-yes I can still remember those days Queen Catherine," I tried my best to look sad.

Sana gumana ang acting skill ko damn it kung naging agent lang ako hindi ako mahihirapan sa ganito.

"Okay you may go," she said pero nakikita kong naghihinala pa rin siya.

Dali dali akong pumunta sa kwarto ni Sierra matapos kong magpaalam sa reyna.

"Sierra hindi mo sinabi ang tungkol sa mga pinatay na teammates ng ate mo," I said it in tagalog para kung makarinig ay hindi maiintindihan ito.

Mabuti na ang maingat noh, mahirap na.

"Oh shoot I'm sorry I forgot about that matter," nagpalakad-lakad siya na parang nag iisip.

"Ah sabihin mo na lang kay mama na mag iinsert ka lang muna sa team ko dahil 'di kapa makaget over sa nangyari sa kagrupo mo," she said.

Nacucurious ako kung ano ba talaga ang nangyari sa teammates ni Odette.

"What really happened before?" I asked.

"My father King Nicholas Tisdale VI, the XIX king of UK and the V head of England Royalty Assassins sent them to a very dangerous mission. He thought my sister Odette could manage to finished the mission without problems but as a result they are annihilated," she said at may nakita akong namumuong luha sa kanyang mata kaya nilapitan ko siya at yinakap.

Kasabay ng pagbukas ng pinto at pumasok ang reyna na may galit na expression.

"What's the meaning of this?" she said in a dangerous tone.

Wala kaming nagawa kundi sabihin ang totoo.

It took two weeks for her before she accepted me. Yes only two weeks because the day she saw me she already felt something was odd.

Don't understimate the instinct of a woman especially a queen.

Ngayon naniniwala na ako dyan.  All I know that time was the presence of the Queen in her furious expression. There's only one word that comes into my mind also her presence speaks only one word.

Danger, she's really dangerous and trust me that was the second time I felt chills down to my spine.

But the bright side about it was the Queen helped us to keep this secret especially to the Dukes and Duchesses under their command because if ever they'll  know about my secret, the place of England will become a huge cemetery.

Lalo na't may mga taong hinahanapan lamang sila butas upang pabagsakin ang pamilyang Tisdale.

It might be really hard to be a member of a royal family. Aside from the fact that they have responsibility as a royalty they must also protect and maintain their position in the society.

"Hey, may operation ang team ko sama ka?" sabi ni Sierra.

Napangiti ako dahil sa narinig. Medyo matagal-tagal na rin ng sumabak ako sa labanan.

"Sure,"  sagot ko at sumunod sa kanya.

Naglakad siya papuntang elevator at pinidot ang gitnang floor ng castle na 'to. Actually ang marami ang floors nila 'di ko lang mabilang.

"Are you sure?" paniniguro niya habang nasa elevator kami.

Bakit niya pa ba ako tinatanong eh  alam niya naman na gusto ko ang bakbakan eh.

"Yes, why?" tanong ko pabalik.

Ting!

Nauna siyang lumabas at sumunod naman ako. Sumara muna ang elevator bago muli siyang magsalita.

"Because the location is in the Philippines."
