After I finished contacting the different bases of my Organization, a large time limit appeared at the big screen inside the hall of the state base.

I glanced at my Beta Assassins sitting at their signature seats here at the headquarters.  I am standing at their front while the screen where we can clearly see the hall of the state base is at my back.
