"What I mean is, Sagepaw is at RiverClan camp right now cleaning the elders' bedding." Mossypaw gave out a small laugh, before turning serious again.

"You kidnapped her? Why would you do that?" Tanglepaw cried, slamming a white paw onto the ground "Give her back now."

"Ha like we would. And we didn't kidnap her," Mossypaw paused, giving Tanglepaw a matter-of-fact look "She went to RiverClan on her own."

"Like she would." Tanglepaw snorted, rolling her eyes "She loves WindClan."

Mossypaw looked up at the almost blue sky above his head "Believe what you want but patrols will be here soon. I'm leaving. Bye.. Wait what's your name anyway?"

"Oh yeah I'm totally Firestar." Tanglepaw sarcastically meowed, rolling her eyes as she remembered the ThunderClan leader she had heard about when she was a kit.

"Fine don't tell me." Mossypaw sassily meowed "I'm leaving."

Tanglepaw let out a hiss of frustration before turning the other way and sprinting along the riverside, her blood pumping and her lungs hurting.
She pushed down the pain before sprinting on even harder.

"Tanglepaw what's wrong?" Snowpaw asked as she began to near him. Of course, he didn't have Sagepaw with him.

"RiverClan kidnapped Sagepaw!" Tanglepaw cried, her eyes spreading wide "We need to tell Graystar!"

"Woah woah wait. How do you know they kidnapped her?" Snowpaw asked calmly.

"I met with Mossypaw on the border and he told me." Tanglepaw began breathing hard, the run had began catching up to her.

"And you'll believe that cocky tom?" Snowpaw snorted, rolling his deep amber eyes.

"Uh yeah. Where else would Sagepaw be?" Tanglepaw asked, remembering how Mossypaw had called Snowpaw a cocky tom as well. "Oh and by the way he called you cocky."

"He did?" Snowpaw paused, narrowing his eyes just slightly "We need to tell Graystar about Sagepaw."

Tanglepaw nodded "Let's go."

The two cats began sprinting back to camp, stretching their long legs and barely setting a whole paw on the ground.
She held back the burning sensation in her chest and sprinted onward. Her health at this moment wasn't as important as saving her sister. Her health could be fixed. If Sagepaw was gone, well, that couldn't be fixed that easily.

As camp began coming into view, the dawn patrol cast the apprentices a bewildered look.

Silverblaze, who was at the head of the patrol called out to the two "There you are Snowpaw!" she called to her apprentice "Where have you been?"

Tanglepaw expected Snowpaw to stop and answer his mentor but he ran on, with Tanglepaw at his side.

The two apprentices bursted into camp and ran up Tallrock, earning themselves many curious glares from Clanmates.

"Graystar?" Tanglepaw breathed, her throat dry and hurting "Are you there?"

"What is it Tanglepaw?" Graystar turned around, his dark gray pelt had hidden him in the darkness of his den.

"We believe that RiverClan has gotten Sagepaw." Snowpaw explained quickly "She wasn't here last night or this morning."

Graystar just let out a small laugh "You can't be sure about that unless you've talked to RiverClan themselves."
