Time skip:
"So how are you doing Ms. Nasimaki?"
"Hmph!"
The doctor gave her an odd look and saw Menma roll his eyes, she quickly understood and smiled at the two.
"So we've figured out why your so tired."
"Why?"
Menma asked quickly.
"Ms. Nasimaki your having quadruplets."
The doctor said looking for a reaction on the couples faces. While Menma showed surprise and happiness, your face stayed neutral. You suddenly got up and slapped Menma across the face as hard as you could.
"Ow! What was that for!?"
"That's what you get! You'll be off on missions and I'll be stuck with four crying babys and no one to help!!"
Tears started to fall from her eyes the doctor gave Menma a look that said 'It's the hormones' he gave her a smile and kisses he head telling her.
"I'll make sure to help you when I can and Ino already said she'd help, hell even Hinata said she'd help you."
"Fine. I wanna go home and sleep."
"Ok."
The doctor whispered to Menma,
"She's not eating enough, you need to make sure she eats more. She is eating for FIVE now."
"I'll make sure to keep her- them fed well."
