I don't really have much to add to this one, except that I would like to point out that 'hallelujah' has the same number of syllables as 'despacito', and therefore, you can sing "Hallelujah" and replace each hallelujah with despacito. Thank me later, also my mom hates me now.

Midoriya ~ Hallelujah
● You were listening to music while you folded laundry, letting your favorite beats flood through your earbuds
● You liked the way they enveloped you in their sound, allowing you to focus on nothing but your music and the task laid before you in a large pile
● Moving your hips to various songs on your playlist, you set the light mood that you'd put yourself into while you busied yourself. You were content, humming along to your favorite parts and even muttering lyrics as you folded a shirt or a pair of pants
● Finally a different song came up, and you stilled as the intro came in. Asking yourself 'why not?' you began to fully sing along to the lyrics
● "I heard there was a secret chord, that David played and it pleased the Lord—"
● You continued to sing the first verse and the chorus, forgetting the clothes laid out before you as you belted out the song you liked
● "The baffled king composing hallelujah—" The notes were fun to riff on slightly, and you let your soul take charge as your voice flowed through the lyrics
● Feeling rather proud of yourself that all those sounds had just come out of you (and not too badly at that), you grinned and opened your eyes again
● In the doorway, you caught sight of a tuft of green hair. Startling, you locked eyes with Midoriya from across the bedroom
● He was leaning against your door frame; a light blush tinting his cheeks and a smug smile on his lips
● You tugged out your headphones, a little sheepish. "Did you hear that?"
● "Yep."
● "Sorry."
● "Don't be sorry." Izuku's smirk slid into a bit of a pout. "You know I love listening to you sing."
● You chuckled. "Was I any good?"
● He nodded, his expression shifting back into its usual shy smile. "Your voice is really captivating, just like the rest of you."
● Your cheeks warmed at his compliments, still unused to them even after all these years together. "Ack." You hid your face in your hands
