Hello, everyone! I will upload only two chapters this week. The last two chapters (+special chapter) will be posted next week. Please, don't hate me! <3

Lucas

When the black magician realizes that I sent my wolf to protect my mate, he immediately releases a vast amount of black energy to stop him.

It definitely caught him unprepared. Which in turn made him panic.

He did his best to raise a barrier in order to imprison Erim in place. But did he really believe that he can stop either of us from going when we want to go? Moreover with only this miniscule amount of energy?

Now that he put my mate into danger, how can I let him have an easy way out.

I let loose my power. Immediately, the ground began shaking while its surface turned into dust.

I push my fire to the barrier that the enemy started to erect and it immediately shatters into nothingness.

Because he panicked and made such a huge movement, it is impossible for the dark magician to not create a ripple that effectively pointed to his location.

He seems to have realized his huge mistake as I feel that he started to escape.

"Attempting to escape?" I smirk. "You still have to ask for my permission."

I raise an energy barrier in his location. Immediately, red bars of fire manifested in the middle section of the enemy's line. Soon, a huge prison of fire is seen by everyone. Inside it is a small frame of an individual with a black cloak.

"Is that... Beta is that.." I hear Ethan say on my back. Seems like he is speechless? Now I know how to make this kid quiet.

"DID YOU SEE THAN BETA? IS THAT THE DARK MAGICIAN? DID ALPHA CATCH HIM?!" He screams on top of his lungs.

"AND WAS THAT ALPHA'S WOLF? WHY CAN IT SEPARATE FROM HIS BODY? AND DID YOU SEE THAT TREMENDOUSLY I SAY TREMENDOUSLY! TREEEEMENDOUSLY POWERFUL ATTACK JUST NOW?!" He screams more.

I feel my mouth twitch. This curly pup is really noisy.

However, his screams seem to have woken everyone up.

"Alpha.." I hear Tristan addresses me.

"Go and have your kill." I ordered him.

Beta Tristan blinks for a second before he nods and raises his spear and points it to the "were-likes."

"Army of our pack! Protect our land. Protect our kind! Descendants of Eleazar, ATTACK!" He screams before the lines of our wolves move to courageously fight the enemy.

However, this time my mouth twitches non-stop.

How are all of you my descendants?! I'll have you know that my genes are extremely precious!

I walk to the prison of fire to examine the cause of all this mess.

The figure inside of it is crouching down as the big black cloak entirely hides his body.

"I'll give you five minutes." I declared.

"Five minutes before you burn me to ashes?" He replies with a familiar voice.

Realization hit me.

"How is it you?" I softly asked.

"So you do remember me. How come you even ask?" The figure raises his head and I see his face.

His face that can barely be considered a face.

His skin is almost black and rotten. His eyes are pure white, without any irises. His nose was completely gone and his mouth was just a hole.

He sneers at me. "You look the same as you did."

"You look like you were supposed to die thousands of years ago." I reply.

"Ha! Hahaha!" He laughs maniacally. "We were all supposed to have died thousands of years ago! All of us!"

"If it weren't for her! If she didn't do it! Extremely stupid! How dare she sacrifice herself for something so inconsequential! How dare she use herself for you!"

"Now what happened? She's gone! She's forever gone! I heard her wolf was chained! I heard her soul evaporate! She can never return! She made us believe that she did it to save us. But I know the truth. She did it to save you!" He points at me hysterically.

"I wanted to crush you. I wanted to slice you into the smallest pieces. I wanted to burn your soul so that you can accompany her into the void!" He adds.

"But, you can't. So you bid your time. You stayed alive to gain power so when I return, you can kill me?" I look at him with pity.

"However, you seem to be very confused." I softly tell him. "The black magic has eaten your heart and mind. You knew I returned. And you knew that I found my mate."

"But you have forgotten. My one and only mate is Luna."

"You looked for her. You yearned for her. You grieved for her. But you have forgotten who she is." I add as I give him a fierce look.

"She had returned. But you didn't realize."

I looked at him for the last time. He heard me. But he didn't realize my meaning. I shake my head and sigh.

You were the one who was with her the longest. You accompanied her since she was born until her very last moment.

I ignite my flame and it engulfs him. Soon, his screams are heard.

Tobias. The Great General of the Queen. Her most loyal servant. One who was consumed by his immense love and fury.

I pity you.
