The four wheels on Madhav's chariot rumbled loudly, as they rolled into the palace of Indraprasth.
The noise made Arjun's heart tremble with fear and guilt.
Grabbing his Gandiv, he jogged towards the entrance with the other brothers hot on his heels."Madhav!" He called out, but Krishna held a hand up to stop him. "I don't want to hear any of you right now, Parth. What you did in the dyut sabha was extremely disappointing for me." He snapped, making the three of them look towards the ground shamefully.
He descended down the steps and waved his right hand at his saarthi.
The charioteer nodded, and retraced his way out of the castle.Dwarkadhish noticed Yudhishthir's bandaged hand and continued speaking,
"Burning your hands isn't enough, jyeshth bhrata!"
"I'm aware of that, Vasudev. And I am willing to atone for my sins in the twelve years of exile we've received.""Atonement?" He laughed scornfully. "What will atonement do?
Will it punish Panchali's criminals?
Or would it bring Kairavi's child back to life?!"
Dharmraj was at a loss for words. His gaze stayed fixed on the ground, till Govind walked away after shaking his head at him.
