Wei WuXian: (preparing lunch with WangXian; frying some sliced meat)
Lan WangXian: (2 years old; sitting on a high chair; holding a hard boiled egg and is trying to peel egg shells off) Eggs.. Shells bye bye..
Wei WuXian: (sees WangXian peeling the egg shells and continues cooking) Just stay where you are, okay little Lan? You might get burned if you come near.
Lan WangXian: Yes mama..
Wei WuXian: (puts cooked sliced meat on a plate)
Lan WangXian: (sees those cooked meat)
Wei WuXian: (sees WangXian looking at it) Want some?
Lan WangXian: (smiles) Pwease?
Wei WuXian: (pinches WangXian's little nose) Who could say no when you ask so politely. (gives WangXian the cooked meat after he cutted them in small peices)
Lan WangXian: Thank you.. (starts eating and gives a piece to WuXian) Mama, ahh..
Wei WuXian: Oh, thank you. (eats the piece given to him; pats WangXian's head; after a few minutes as he continues cooking) Hm? (sees WangXian looking at him) Yes, baby Lan?
Lan WangXian: Mama, can A-Xin carrots?
Wei WuXian: (looks at the sliced carrots he set aside) Carrots..
Lan WangXian: Pwease?..
Wei WuXian: Sure. (takes a few pieces of the sliced carrots and gives it to WangXian) You do like them uncooked since they're sweeter..
Lan WangXian: (smiles) Thank you, mama. (eats happily)
Later..
Lan WangJi: (sees their dinner is mostly vegetables and there is only very little of meat) Wei Ying.. You dislike eating only greens..
Wei WuXian: I know.. It's my fault.. A-Xin was helping me preparing dinner and he was so adorable while we were in the kitchen.😣
Lan WangXian: (looking at his parents while chewing; actually ate most of the meat)
Wei WuXian: I just gave him what he asked..
Lan WangJi: (wipes WangXian's face clean) They do say, meat taste good while they are hot..
Wei WuXian: They do.. 😁
