One night in Cloud Recesses..
Wei WuXian: (holding WangXian in his arms) Let's go inside and laze around the bed while waiting for your father.. (blows the candle out one by one around the Jingshi)
Lan WangXian: (looking at WuXian) Pfffpp.. (imitating WuXian blowing air but does get the whole idea yet)
Wei WuXian: Hm?
Lan WangXian: Ppfffppp.. (cheeks puffing trying to blow air)
Wei WuXian: Hahahaha.. Do you want to try blowing them out?
Lan WangXian: (looks upset because he couldn't do it)
Lan WangJi: (arrives and hears WuXian talking to WangXian) I'm back, Wei Ying..
Wei WuXian: (looks at WangJi) Welcome home, WangJi.
Lan WangJi: (sees WuXian sitting on the floor with WangXian on his lap) Why are candles lined up around you two?
Wei WuXian: You'll see. Look.. (lights up a few candles)
Lan WangJi: He's not going to touch it is he? He'll get hurt.
Wei WuXian: No he won't. Go on little Lan..
Lan WangXian: (still on WuXian's lap; looks at WuXian)
Wei WuXian: No touching the fire okay?
Lan WangXian: (giggles; goes near to the candles and tries to blow them out)
Lan WangJi: (sees WangXian not being able to blow them out) Wei Ying.. (looks worried)
Wei WuXian: Hold on.. He'll be able to do it.
Lan WangXian: (finally manages to put one out) Bah!! (claps his hands and looks happy)
Wei WuXian: Yes! See?
Lan WangJi: (nods; holds WangXian in his arms) How about the other ones before we go to bed?
Lan WangXian: (nods while smiling and blows the other candles out)
Lan WangJi: Why are you sure he won't touch the fire?
Wei WuXian: My acting skills earlier was good, he'll never touch the fire on candles. (acted ealier in front of WangXian that he got hurt touching the fire which made WangXian cry, so WangXian would not try to touch the fire on any candles) Though I feel bad making him cry..
Lan WangJi: No wonder A-Xin's eyes are a little red..
Lan WangXian: (yawns and leans on WangJi's shoulder while rubbing his eyes)
Wei WuXian: (pokes WangXian cheek) Shall we call it a night?
Lan WangJi: (nods)
