Wei WuXian: (hanging some laundry and hears WangXian cry) That's doesn't sound right. (rushes inside the Jingshi)
Lan WangJi: (picks WangXian up and puts him on his lap) It's all right.. You're okay.. (tries to calm WangXian down)
Lan WangXian: (11 months old; cyring while clinging on WangJi) Papa..
Wei WuXian: A-Xin! (sees WangXian with WangJi) What happened?..
Lan WangJi: He hit his head on a shelf when he lost balance while trying to walk.
Wei WuXian: (sits next to WangJi and looks at WangXian's forehead) Are you feeling better, A-Xin? (worried) (｡•́︿•̀｡)
Lan WangXian: (a red spot can be seen at one area of his forehead; still crying) Mama.. Papa.. (touches his forehead near where it hurts) (╥﹏╥)
Wei WuXian: (kisses WangXian's forehead not too near the spot) Owwie go away..
Lan WangXian: (smiles despite having tears in his eyes; sniffles)
Lan WangJi: That red spot on his head will definitely swell up and leave a bruise.
Wei WuXian: He would've end up much worse than a bump on his head if you hadn't padded all sharp edges around the house. (he recalls WangJi baby proofing the entire house when he was still pregnant)
Lan WangJi: (nods)
Lan WangXian: (leans sideways on WangJi's chest while holding WuXian's hand; looking like he wants to cry more)
Lan WangJi: (pats WangXian's back to calm him more)
Wei WuXian: Oh our little master Lan.. It's okay.. Mama and papa are here.
Lan WangXian: (nods)
