True love is hard to find, harder to safeguard.

Uday, Ragini and me were discussing our lives in the office. I briefed Ragini about Badal and how Uday directed the whole scene. She scolded me for being reckless and impulsive but congratulated us for swiping away the leech.

I asked Uday about his boyfriend and it was the first time I saw a boy with a tomato-red face. Ragini and I teased him to no limits when he finally revealed it was Vivasvan, the boy I met on Pri's birthday. We asked him how and when he realised his feelings for him.

He was too shy but we encouraged him so, he disclosed, "Viv, is flamboyant and the typical rich spoiled brat." He looked at us for a reaction but we smiled. It was true, rich kids were brats sometimes.
"I never liked him. When we friends met last time and he made fun of Pri and I lashed out at him. That day I realised I felt protective about her. So, I proposed to her to be my sister and she accepted it gladly."

I giggled at Uday's analysis.

"Uday, Pri thought you were proposing her to be your girlfriend. A hottie like you no one wants as a brother." I revealed Pri's little secret and laughed.

Ragini agreed with me saying, "True. You are hot, Uday."

"I know, Viv says that too." Uday's statement made us go 'Awww'.

We teased Uday a bit more before he continued his story. "So, that night after I was home, Viv called me and asked me to come out. I did. He was drunk and looked broken. I got him inside my room and gave him a tablet for hangover. He told me he was sorry for making fun of Pri. He also divulged with sudden money that his family got, he had become all rude and arrogant but actually he was not. Then he narrated his entire story and we kept talking till four in the morning. We were sitting close and I don't how it happened but we... we... Kissed each other. I felt something. It felt love. I felt alive. We both were not awkward and spoke about it.
We discussed about the time we realised we were 'different' according to societal norms. What problems came, what might come. Our future. Basically, all the stuff lovers talk about. It took us just one night and a conversation to decide we are meant to be together."

I was crying by the time Uday finished his story. Ragini wrapped her arm around me and rubbed my back. I hugged Uday and kissed his cheek. He was so brave to accept his love and was ready to fight the world if demanded.

"Do you also love someone, Chaya?"

Shopping at the mall was so much fun. Praneet was always around me except for when I went to get lingerie. He teased me to no lengths saying he was a husband and had the rights to choose for his wife.

I admit that I have got a lot bolder since the switch but this was a little too much.

He was amazed with my bargaining skills. Little did he know I was a queen at getting things for their best price.

I secretly got a baby pink shirt for Praneet because I thought it would look very nice on him. He tried a lot but I refused to take anything from him.

I realised both of us were big-time foodies. We tried all kinds of junk food at the mall. It was by far the most fun day post switch. A date? Maybe.

When we reached Aryabhoomi to meet my swapped parents, they were elated. They gave us a grand welcome and decorated the palace like a bride. Praneet was holding my hand tightly extending his support.
