Jeonghan's POV

"Miss Choi, please make me a tea"

"Alright President Yoon"

This week has been so hectic. Been working for 4 days nonstop. I didn't even get to sleep properly. I feel so tired but I need to get everything done.

There will be board meeting tomorrow. I've been preparing real hard for it as they will decide the decision whether to keep me as the President or not.

"Here's your tea President Yoon" said Miss Choi as she put it on my table.

I just nodded and gestured her to leave the room. I examined all the papers with details as I was sipping the tea. When--

"Yoon Jeonghan!"

I almost slipped my tea due to shock. Looking up from the paper only to see Mrs Yoon standing there annoyed.

"I-I'm sorry President Yoon. I've tried to stop her but-"

"It's okay Miss Lee. You can go now" I assured her and stood up, buttoning my suit.

"What is it that you want again?" I asked her while walking to the couch.

"You asked me what is it? Jeonghan, tomorrow is the board meeting" she said furiously

"So?" I asked back not really cared.

"So? Don't you remember what I said before?" she walked to the couch and sit infront of me.

"I've told you. In order for you to stay as the President of this company, you must at least have a wife. Because if not all of this will be handle off to other person" she said desperately while clasping both her hands together.

I just roll my eyes and look at her.

"I have one candidate here. Whether you like it or not, you have to accept it unless you've found on your own" she said that made me smile.

"I already have one but you rejected her" I said smirking

"No! Definitely not her! I can feel that she's not good for you" she said almost pleading.

"Like you're good enough" I mumbled but enough for her to hear it.

"Jeonghan! No matter how much you hate me, I'm still your mom and it won't change a bit!" She said furiously and walked to the door but came to a halted.

"All that I've done are all for you. For your best. You just don't know anything" she said one last time before going out.

I scoffed and moved back to my chair and continue my works.

It 's already passed 3 pm right now. I stood up and stretch my body lightly, sipping my tea and decided to rest my brain and eyes a bit.

I look out through the window and my mind keep replaying what Mrs Yoon said.

As I was deep in thought suddenly there's a knock who made me...... I turn back only to see Eunjin there. I nodded signalling her to come in.

"What?" I asked while looking at the papers on my desk.

"I-I'm sorry to disturb you but I need you to sign this files here" she stated while handed the files over to me.

I took the files and creased my eyebrows looking at the amount of the file.

This many?

There's like 10 files here. I look back at her and she just gave apologetic eyes at me. I sighed and just sign it all.
