I stretched my arms out. Ready for another lonely day at the arcade. I sat up and opened my eyes. Then it hit me. I was locked in a stupid cabin.

"Urghhh!" I lay back down on the bed not bothering to get up yet. There was no point. What would I do? Take a long walk to the next room. Go camping in the kitchen? Yer right!

"What's up?" I turned to see Dan. Wow I can't believe I had forgotten. I looked the other way but as usual Scott was gone. He was so nice to me at first. Why did he suddenly change?

"Nothin."

"You made a choice yet?"

"A choice? Oh right!" the conversation from last night came flooding back to me.

Dan raised his eyebrows wiling me to continue. I turned to face him. His dark brown eyes sparkled, I always melted into them.

"I choose you."

He smiled, then very slowly leaned down and kissed me. It felt so natural even if this was only my second kiss. Wait! Second kiss? Dan was my first kiss! I didn't muck it up or end up with a horror story like my friend who left with saliva all over her mouth. Mine was perfect. A big smile spread across my face. I couldn't help but be happy.

"I will get you breakfast in bed." he whispered in my ear. Every time he did that it sent shivers down my spine. How sweet is he! Once you got past the cocky facade he was really a good person.

I closed my eyes. I felt so happy I was about to burst. I must of drifted off because the next thing I know a waft of bacon drifted up my nose. I opened my eyes when Dan kissed me. I could tell it was him because each time it felt like an electric shock.

I ate all of my breakfast and my god it was amazing! The boy really can cook! He even took the plate away and was going to wash it for me. It is so weird but I can't stop smiling. I suppose that's what happens when you are in love. I changed into a floral dress.

Knock knock. "come in!" I called

"Teri can I talk to you please?" to my surprise it was Scott.

"Yer sure." I sat on the bed and tapped a spot next to me for him to join me.

"I am sorry about the other day."

"You haven't got anything to apologise for."

"Dan told me you two were together. I- I just want to say that I don't think he is good for you."

"Why" I wasn't mad just curious.

"He will hurt you. He is just using you."

"He won't I know it, but I appreciate you looking out for me."

Scott got up and walked out. He was stood in the doorway when he turned round and said "by the way you look very pretty today." I blushed. Wait! What? I was with Dan i can't blush! The next thing I know " Owwww!"

I saw Dan's fist hit Scott's face.

"Dan why did you hit Scott?"

"He said you were pretty."

"And?" I didn't get it.

"He shouldn't be looking at you! You're mine now."

"He was paying me a compliment being nice to me."

"Shut up your mine!"

"No one tells me to shut up!" I screamed at him.

He slapped me. I froze in shock. He hit me. I pulled Scott into the bedroom and slammed the door shut. I grabbed a chair from the corner and barricaded the door. Dan slammed the door.

"Teri open this door! I am sorry! I didn't mean to hit you. You know I would never hurt you."

I didn't open the door I just sat frozen looking at the wall. Scott silently put his arms around me and I cried into his shoulder, listening to the constant slamming of the door as Dan tried to get in.
