Alzacar Academy

This academy is known for killing a different kinds and types of monster or beast. To be able to perform or slay an enemy. You must first study them and do a lots of training session for you to gain strength, ability and skill to kill the enemy.

Wala akong skill o ni ability kapag sa labanan. I'm just a simple girl who protects my family, me, my mother and my brother Joaquin. Our father died when he saved us from those monster who attacked the town five years ago. Niligtas niya ang buhay namin pero kapalit ang buhay niya. Dose palang ako noong mga panahon na 'yon. It's dreadful pero 'yon ang nakatadhana samin.

May kumatok sa pinto kaya't lumipad ang tingin ko ni Mama. She smiled at me pero nangdoon ang lungkot at pag-alala niya. Tumayo ako para pagbuksan iyon. When the door open, bumungad sa harapan ko ang dalawang matangkad at maskuladong lalaki suot ang kanilang itim na uniporme. Nakasuot sila ng shades kaya hindi masyadong kita pero halata sa mukha nito na may edad na. It has stubbles in their chin.

"Aleera Nyssa, we're here to pick you up." the other man sternly said, halata ang ma-autoridad na boses.

Kinuha ko ang isang regular size na maleta. Dumapo ang tingin ko kila Mama at Joaquin. Tears pooled their eyes as they watched me. I genuinely smiled at them to assure everything will be fine. Bahagya kong hinila ang maleta at tuluyan nang umalis.

I glance at our house for the last time. Uuwi ako dito sa bahay, pangako. Sumunod ako sa dalawang naunang lalaki. Isang malaking kulay itim na van ang naka-park sa harapan ng bahay. Pinagbuksan nila ako sa likod at pumasok ako sa loob. Dinunggab kaagad ako ng amoy ng sasakyan. It smells like leather and men's perfume. Ang isang lalaki ay nasa shotgun seat habang ang isa ang umano'y magmamaneho.

As the engine roared to life. My mother and brother are in the doorway for the farewell. Hindi nila ako kita dahil tinted ang salamin. I just place my hand on the window. Don't worry about me. Gagawin ko ang sinabi ni Lolo. I also wan't to protect all of these people in our town.

The drive is fast pero hindi ko ramdam ang kahit lumbak sa daan. It feels like were floating ahead. The man who's in the shotgun seat shift his body and handed me a squared flat glass. I furrow my brows pero kinuha pa rin 'yon. Hinawakan ko ito. It's not that heavy and it's so transparent. What's this?

Biglang lumiwanag ang nasa gitna nito at naglabas ng hologram na kulay asul. Bahagya akong nagulat sa paglabas ng isang babae. The hologram elevated just an inch of the squared glass that I'm holding.

"Welcome volunteer, My gratitude is beyond sky high. It's an honor for us to you to join the Academy. Please, place your left thumb on the screen." the woman from the hologram said.

May nakita akong maliit na rectangle na umiilaw ng asul sa gilid kaya ginawa ko ang sinabi niya. It scan my thumb for a second and then the mark disappear as I lowered my left hand.

"Congratulations, you are now officially announce a student in Alzacar Academy. Goodluck!" the woman suddenly vanished as well as the blue lights. The screen wen't off, so I handed it to the man who handed me from earlier.

Kahit desidido ako sa aking desisyon ay kinakabahan din ako sa mangyayari. Once you're inside of the Academy, hindi pwedeng bumisita sa bayan. Naalala ko ang sinabi ni Mama na 'yong anak ng kaibigan niya na nag-aaral sa Alzacar Academy ay halos wala ng bisita at wala silang naririnig mula rito.

After an hour the trip was over. Hindi ako nakaramdam ng antok. All I think about is what does the Academy looks like from the inside. You can only gaze it from afar but never that close. It sits near the mountain next to the edge of the cliff. The huge barrier that almost cover the whole structure shouts its privacy. Kapag palagi ko 'yung natatanaw. I'll always wonder what's does it looks like inside. What are they doing perhaps? Yun ang palaging nasa isip ko. It's enormous that you can see it from beyond when you climb on the hill. Sa sobrang tayog at laki nito ay nakikita ito sa magkalapit na bayan. It's breathtaking.
