"Yo, Soobin—"
"I'll see you at lunch, Hueningkai." The older boy walked away leaving him in confusion. Soobin walked past the group and eyed Myeonji as she finally let go of Beomgyu. The two locked eyes and he slightly panicked so he rushed even more, jumping in his class before any of his friends could call out for him.
"What happened to him?" Chaewon questioned, nudging her boyfriend in the gut as all 6 of them stared at the hallway Soobin had just run past. "Did you two fight again?" She sighed as if the fights were a daily. But, Yeonjun pressed a hand on his chest in shock that his girlfriend was blaming him for Soobin's bitter attitude.
"If we fought we'd fix it the next minute. This... This is serious." Yeonjun glanced stealthily at the girl holding Beomgyu's hand. If only you knew.

"Why aren't you eating? You should eat, Myeonji," Beomgyu's voice was quiet but despite that, Soobin heard it clearly. His grip on his chopsticks tightened and his chewing became rushed and sharp gaining Beomgyu's attention alongside Myeonji's. "Soobin, are you okay?" The boy could be heard asking.
"Yeah." The older answered quick and short. The whole table stopped what they were doing to look at the two boys. By the looks of the situation, Beomgyu looking confused at ever at his hyung and Soobin refusing to make eye contact as if he were angry, they just knew something was wrong.
And the only people who knew were Soobin himself, and Yeonjun.
Yeonjun sneakily placed a hand on his younger friends back hoping it'll calm him down. He also wanted to make sure no one in the group would notice since it would seem suspicious. "Soobin, you're being too obvious." He warned the boy in a low, strict tone—it scared Soobin a little. Not just Yeonjun's tone but also his words.
