Arc 4- Chapter 1

*Starfire's Pov*

I switched on my computer and logged into the game. My/Amelia's character was standing in a forest. I checked the username Amelia had chosen for her character. Lia. How boring~

"Ooh~ I should change my character's name~" I smiled at the brilliant idea then paused.

"Oh yeah... I wouldn't want her to come back and see that her username..." I looked at the screen blankly and almost sighed. Even though Amelia's memory's would be changed to make everything I do seem like a normal thing she could do, I don't like messing with other people's things.

"Host?" Little que called out, tapping me and I snapped out of my thoughts as I smiled innocently at him.

"What did I say you should call me?~" My words was laced with warning and he gulped nervously.

"O- Oh, Sorry H- I mean, Star..." He trailed off with a light blush on his cheeks tempting me to pinch it.

I think I might get addicted to pinching his cheeks if he keeps doing this.

I shook my head lightly and then patted his head as I smiled.

"Oh Little que~" I cooed before laughing as I remembered something.

"What H- Star?" He asked confused and I giggled. It seems it might take a while for him to get used to calling me by my name.

"Well, I just remembered something. Do you know what your name even means in other languages?~" I teasingly asked as he looked at me surprised before pausing.

Don't tell me he never even bothered to learn what his name was before? Wow, my chi- I mean, system is really naive.

I waited patiently for him to search for whatever he was looking for in his head and smiled when his face became unreadable.

"Host... There is no actual meaning for my name. 'Little' is already in English but 'Que' is just... It just means 'then', 'what', 'that' in other languages..." He trailed off as he looked at me with a questioning gaze. He didn't even notice that he wasn't calling me by my name anymore.

"Yup. I know," I smiled satisfied with his reaction and turned away to look at the game when he just pulled my hand to him as he pouted.

"Host, you couldn't possibly have given me a name with no meaning like that. What did you mean Host?" He asked with an almost unspoken plea for the answer to be good.

I smiled at him and pinched his cheeks. Ah~ I might turn to an old grandma soon with all the patting and pinching~

"Of course it had a good meaning," I said confidently and he brightened up. "It serves to make me amused~" I completed and he sighed sadly.

"I should have known you are like this..." He said sadly before moving to the corner of the room and squatting as he drew circles on the ground. He looked so much like a wounded puppy. So cute.

I was debating on whether I should comfort him or laugh at him when I just smiled and turned back to the game.

He wouldn't know that the 'que' was not actually an official language and so he wouldn't get the name. It was one of the languages I made myself in my original world to entertain myself so the meaning is not as shallow as he thinks.

I smiled once more and then looked at my ingame character's level.

"Hmm, level 100, not bad." I smiled and decided to play a bit.

After 15 minutes, I yawned as I looked at the experience points I gained from killing some monsters. I had managed to reach level 200 now.

I am already bored now. The game was too easy. I just had to use some combo moves or even just a simple move and then the monster was killed. I guess Lia was truly too overpowered.

"Little que~ I need something interesting to do... This game is too easy with the character I have. Should I change the character to an human being or something so that it would be harder?" I asked as I twirled a strand of hair with my finger.

"Host no!" Little que cried out as he quickly walked to me. He seemed to have immediately forgotten that he was sad before.

"Why so serious?" I asked and he sighed.

"Host, that could disrupt this world setting. Amelia is meant to be overpowered and Lisa is meant to be the weak human striving to be strong. You can't change your character to a human or you will definitely take over the female lead's spot as you would still be overpowered even as an human and I am not exactly sure what would happen if you became the female lead," he explained and paused as he looked at me concerned.

"I already knew that I was better than most female leads but I never thought it was that serious. Ok, Little que, if you are that worried, I won't do that," I said as he sighed in relief. I patted his head and then smiled slyly.

"Instead, I will make her the most overpowered character in the game. Level 1000 shouldn't be so bad, right?~" I chuckled as little que looked at me with wide eyes.

"Host! Lisa would freak out if she saw a level 1000 character coming to meet her!" He exclaimed like it was so obvious.

{*cries* Why is my host like this? I told her not to be weak and then she wants to be overpowered. Why couldn't I get a normal host? #Is there anyone who wants to swap hosts with me?#}

"Little que, you are the one that said Amelia was meant to be overpowered,  right?~" I teased as I tapped his nose gently.

He scrunched up his nose in response and then swatted my hand away. "I did say she was to be overpowered, but what you are suggesting is taking it over the top!"

I sighed and then patted his head.

"Ok, I won't do that then," I said and he sighed in relief.

"Now, there is something else that has been bugging me since," I said with a scary smile.

"O-oh, what is that host?" He asked with a scared expression.

"Why are you still calling me Host, Little que?~" My voice was teasing yet cold and I had a threatening smile.

"I- I am so sorry Star!" He exclaimed immediately as he tried to run away but I grabbed his hand.

"You better be sorry. Also, from now on you must never mistakenly call me Host again. I know you were too distracted and forgot but next time, I won't let you even say that word completely before you would be punished. Is that understood?" I asked coldly and he quickly nodded.

"Good boy~" I patted his head again as a sweet smile immediately graced my lips.

{Scary. She is so scary! Her cold self almost feels like an illusion but at the same time, it was so cold... *cries* Why? Why do I have to be threatened by her? Especially when calling her Star is so hard to do... *sighs*}

"Anyway..." I trailed off as little que looked at me curiously. "Can I meet Lisa today then? That way I can start working on being overpowered since she wouldn't be scared of me if she had already met me," I said and Little que shook his head.

"Star..." he paused as he said it slowly, being deliberate not to mistakenly say Host. "Amelia met Lisa after she saved her. The male lead hasn't captured Lisa yet so it wouldn't have the same effect if you meet her now instead of on that day," he explained and I smiled.

"Of course I know that. I could make an impression for her today though. There is nothing that says I can't also capture her and then save her, right?~" I smiled as little que looked at me with a forlorn expression.
