PICCOLA BAMBINA INGUENUA

CHAPTER 55

The ball is today and I am currently getting dressed in my old room. I have about 4 hours before it and Im done with my makeup. I don’t usually wear a full face of makeup, but zia said I should because m going with Aless, and he doesn’t leave me alone for two minutes, so apparently all eyes will be on me. Bleh. To make me feel better, I look at my hands, I got my nails done a they look so pretty.
 

Anyway I cannot, for the life of me, curl or straighten my hair. I never style my hair with heat. Not cuz o hair damage or whatever, I just don’t know how to. But fortunately, today im having a good hair day so I can just leave it in its natural waves and it’ll look okay.
 
“Alaia, can I look at your shoes, the ones I was gonna wear, well I dropped an eyeshadow palette on them and they are…. kinda ruined.” Lara says as she blushes. I giggle.
 
“oh yes, I need to pick some out as well, your dress is golden, yes?” I say as we walk across the hall to mine and Aless’s closet, where I recently got built a shoe wall, courtesy of Aless’s credit card. Hehe. I thought my closet is big, but this one is huge.
 
“yep, and my, when will I get Matteo whipped enough to make me one of these.”  She says sarcastically, and I laugh.
 
“oh! These. Definitely these, they’d look so pretty!” I squeal. She nods her head.

“and you should wear those, they’re super chic” she says, pointing to my square toed, black simple heels. I love them1
 
“Oh yeah, that’s great thanks” I smile. We continue talking and she helps me figure out what I should do with my hair.

I just got done getting ready, and im really nervous, and I can’t even bite my lip bcuz of stupid lipstick. I mean I look fine, but I always look fine and I want zia to approve. Im in front of the dresser when I hear a knock.

(choose the one yew like i is indecisive)

“Come in” I call as I straighten out my dress. When no one enters, I furrow my eyebrows and go to answer the door. As soon as I open it, I see Aless standing there, looking breathtaking in an all black suit….. with incredible fitting. Eee.
 
“sei così fottutamente brava bambina” he husks and I blush. Ahhh.

“you look good too Aless” I say blushing furiously. He chuckles and leans in to kiss me and I smile into the kiss.
 
“let’s go downstairs, si?” he asks and I nod. He chuckles.
 
“you’re so cute baby” he says and kisses my head.
 
We walk into the foyer to see everyone all dressed up and I smile.
 
“Alaia you look beautiful darling” Zia Shaina says and I blush and smile, making Aless chuckle and kiss my temple.
 
“giusto, dovremmo andare. Alessandro, tu e la mia principessa sarete nella prima macchina della fila, ok?” zio Vince asks, making Aless nod ad I smile at him.  “andiamo adesso” he says and we all walk and get into our respected cars.
(right, we should get going. Alessandro, you and my princess are going to be in the first car in line, okay?)  (Lets go)
 
As we sit in the back seat, Aless puts his large, warm hand on my bouncing knee.
 
“It is going to be fine little baby, relax. Ill be with you the whole time.” He comforts me. I smile up at him.
 
“I love you” I say and he pecks my lips.
 
“I love you more, bella” he husks. I smile and he talks to me about random things which calms my nerves.
