My home wasn't even a home anymore.

My father was in distraught,  and I tried my best to comfort him.

But it wasn't the same as how my mother could do it.

I watch as the police walked all throughout our home trying to find things that could help find who might have done this.

My mother didn't deserve this.

At all.

"'We apologize for Turing you all home upside down but we found some type of papers that seem coded that we believe was your mothers" detective person said.

" you found what?" I said before lifting up to see a bunch of pages that looked unfamiliar to me.

" we do have a question"

" okay what is it?"

" the way these pages are we're thinking that your mother is..."

" blind" I interrupted.

" okay. well then Liam we will look over this and will do everything in our power to bring your mother back home" said detective person.

Nodded my head I sat back down to make sure my father was okay while the officers left our home.

" how could I not have seen this coming" my father said while grabbing another box of tissues

" dad we both wouldn't have known something like this would happen. I should call uncle Toby and tell
Him what's going on"

I then rubbed my father back as he folded up on the couch and cried into the pillow.

I did not like seeing my father like this and it's killing me.

Picking up my phone I went ahead and call Toby to break the news.

- hello

Uncle Toby: hey Liam now is not a good Time

- well my apologies but I really needed to call you it's about my mom

Uncle Toby: what about Jenna Liam? what's wrong
