◾ i partially didn't have a certain plot for that, but thinking about that...maybe his curse could be about him becoming the slave of the almighty of devils [devil's god/ king] and to break the curse he must submit namjoon to the devil since joon is his mate and he was imposed to submit his loved and fated mate to them as the curse's vows and impose.
To break the curse, they have to find a geode in some sorta devil's forbidden garden where the curse was chanted on him, and it will cost namjoon's life to pry the geode off from the witches sword. so basically, it needs namjoon's life
[the devil's king will hold namjoon's soul, he wouldn't be dead but wouldn't have human powers] and namjoon wouldn't be able to live his afterlives, he needs to be the devil king's forever pet or slave.

→seokjin might've got cursed due to his parent's forbidden love and he was imposed to lose his loved one to the devil king. the parents could have a back story. Jin will be freed from the curse, and he will no longer be under the devil's hold, but he will see namjoon suffer. but what he said to namjoon was a totally different story..
