I'm nearly done with another chapter, and I feel bad for not updating in a bit, so here are some weird headcannons of mine. There's not many.
1. Jim is pansexual/aromantic in the show, but if Sebastian exists (I.e. books), then he's simply pansexual. I don't know that show Jim could actually feel romantic love, unless Seb is there. One is a psycho and one is a sniper. Perfect
2. John knows he's bisexual, and has for a long time. The reason he gets so defensive is because A) his sister was kicked out for being gay, B) he knows his dad is homophobic and C) he has a lot of internalised homophobia. He gets angry when people assume he's gay because he knows he's not. He's not super happy about that part of himself
3. Being gay runs in the Holmes family, at least with the children
4. Sherlock fell in love with John once he figured out that John was the one who shot the cabby in ASIP
5. John fell in love with Sherlock the second he saw him
6. John was in fact asking Sherlock out when they went to Angelo's, but he was trying to be smooth, and got annoyed that he got called out
7. Greg lost his job after Sherlock died. Mycroft helped him get his job back, because of all that Greg did for Sherlock over the years
8. Sherlock has never once corrected anyone when they think he and John are a couple. The reason? He was able to instantly figure out that John liked him, and he thinks it's funny to watch John squirm and get annoyed at people thinking he's gay
Hmmm that's it I think.
