Adhi locked his car before walking to the lift holding the groceries in one hand and scrolling his phone with the other.
Suddenly he felt a tap on his shoulder, he turned to find Diksha smiling at him,
D: Me again!

Adhi smiled before sarcastically asking,
Ad: Ippo car'lam nalla start agutha?

Diksha chuckled embarrassing,
D: I'm sorry about that, I just..
Ad: Che, Che, that's fine. Na chumma dhan ketten

She smiled and he reciprocated it. There was an awkward silence before they walked towards the lift.

When Adhi was very grateful for the silence prevailed, Diksha couldn't quite get on with it. She hesitantly broke it by asking him about random stuffs, but Adhi being him answered with no more than 5 words.

Although Adhi could very well sense that Diksha was trying to befriend him, he could never impolitely shove her off. They were neighbours after all and would have to bump into each other anytime. In fact he was relieved that she was matured enough to not come up with any awkward moments and maintained a decent approach.

When they just came out of the lift, they suddenly stopped when they reached Diksha's house. Adhi finally managed to spot it,
Ad: Idhudhan unga veeda?
D: Adha kadhavule, nejamave yenna manushanga neenga?

Adhi chuckled embarrassingly before he was greeted by a woman who was probably around his mother's age coming out from Diksha's house. The way she eyed him from head to toe made him realise that she was throughly running a scan on him. It was almost making him uncomfortable,
D: Ma na sonnenla, Adhi

Diksha signalled her eye at Malini, reminding her about their conversation the other day.
Malini finally smiled at Adhi when the realisation hit her.
So he is that Interesting guy who wouldn't give a budge about Diksha at all.
The new neighbour boy who wasn't looking bad as he is told to be.
The boy her daughter seemed to be quite interested in for the first time.

She was even planning to visit them to get to know more about Adhi at least for the sake of her daughter

While Adhi awkwardly waved her an hi, Malini was just about to say something when out of nowhere,

Adhityaaaaaa!!!!!!

Dhira came running to him with full speed

Dhira came running to him with full speed. If he hadn't caught her by her arm, she would have absolutely dash and broke her nose or worse. Diksha and Malini were frowning at her with narrowed eyes for ruining what could have been a better conversation for the to make further moves. But Adhi was too focused on helping Dhira stand on her feet while she panted,
Ad: Yen ma ipdhi odi vaare?

Dh: Vaathiyare, enga akka veetuku vanthutanga!

Dhira exclaimed like a toddler making Adhi chuckle shaking his head. Diksha couldn't help but blinked in shock when she noticed the way Adhi addressed Dhira and the way she managed to put a smile on his face effortlessly.
Dh: Ungaluku onnu theriyuma? Sree yedho video game va-
