MOSTLY ALL OF HER BAGS WERE PACKED, Y/N stood in her old apartment, getting ready to leave the country.
She and Natasha seemed to be the only ones who escaped, from the law and was now on the run.
Sam, Wanda, Clint, and Scott were all locked up in a cell, they were not able to get them out no matter how hard they tried counting Natasha and Y/n was still wanted for everything that happened at the airport.
Steve and Bucky have not been in touch with her for almost twenty-four hours, which has become a source of concern for her.
It was obvious that the apartment had been emptied, most of the clothes remained in the suitcase, or she had simply taken the items she needed.
About fifteen minutes before the timer on her phone sounded, it was going to go off and the police would swarm her building.
Natasha was believed to have given Y/N the tip about the incident.
Y/N did not answer, each time Val tried to call her. She simply left her voicemail, knowing that either she was going to be fired or Valentina would attempt to murder her.
Following the fight, she dressed with bandages and cleaned up the ash and marks that were left on her body.
There were still many thoughts racing through her mind concerning where she would be going, where Natasha was, and whether Bucky and Steve were well.
In addition, Natasha didn't check in on her sister, which Y/N understood, since she was also on the run.
As the government identified Y/n as the woman from the tunnel and an assassin, she was wanted for more than just that. She anticipated a sentence of twelve years or more for her actions.
She grabbed her duffle bag as someone knocked on the door.
Her hair was styled in a low bun, and she was wearing a black blazer with black pants and a white tank top.
A ten-minute interval passed on the cloak as she cautiously consulted her phone.
In order to approach the door, she grabbed the pistol which was on her countertop, before slowly walking over, with her gun pointed at the door.
When she made her way to the door, she wanted to avoid a repeat of the Clint incident about the way he had gained entry.
Y/N peered through the tiny opening before spotting a man with blonde hair, sunglasses, and a bomber jacket also wearing a hat.
Immediately, she unlocked the door and opened it so that only Steve remained.
"I didn't expect to have new neighbors, on my moving day" She joked, looking at Steve who shook his head.
"It's Steve, can I come in?" He asked.
Y/n let out a loud and dramatic gasp, "Fine," She said before opening the door and placing the gun in her pocket.
"On the run?" He asked, she hummed before motioning to her apartment being almost empty. She closed the door while crossing her arms and studying Steve, furrowing her eyebrows.
"Yes...Yes, I am...So I don't have time to be talking to another con...Unless you are going to tell me what happened?" Y/n asked, leaning on the doorway leading to the living room while Steve stood around. "Where is James?"
"He's okay...In Wakanda..." Steve explained, shortly. "I have a lot to apologize for, I wanted to say sorry for bringing you into this mess...and two, I have to apologize to some people...a lot of people, one of them being Tony..."
