THE SMELL OF SMOKE surrounding her, Y/n grunted, pulling herself up by the rock by grasping on to it. The area shone with a red gleam, as the stench of smoke filled the air, causing ringing in her ears as she looked around. Everything was dark, while she sat up against the rock, before hearing another grunt, and groan.
Her eyes narrowed as she scanned the darkness, trying to see something in the darkness, they looked to be arrows. "Clint! " She cried in pain, as her leg ached and her ears went ringing. In the midst of her own voice ringing in her ears, she heard it in her ears.
Clint sat up, after sitting up from the rock, "Y/n!" Clint shouted, "Where are you!"
"Straight! I think I twisted my leg -" she said as she cradled her leg, looking down at its base. The ash-covered Clint's face, just like Y/N's, as he crossed over the rock, making his way over to Y/n. He stopped in front of her looking down at her.
Clint put cloth around Y/n's leg, while there was a patch in her bodysuit along with blood, before flashing a flashlight up at the ceiling, to see nothing but rubble. "We are deep in here" Clint muttered.
"What happened?" Y/n asked, looking over at him, while she leaned against the rock waiting for the moment to be able to move because of her leg.
"Don't know, there was a spaceship-" Clint muttered, as he turned the flashlight off looking down at Y/n, while she coughed because of the ash filling her lungs while she covered her mouth with her hand, trying not to breathe it in.
Y/n squinted at the ground and saw colours glowing, "Barton" She muttered, before leaning over and limping down and pushing the dust off of the gauntlet before picking up the gauntlet and showing Clint. "Found something-"
After a moment, there was a quiet growl, which caused Clint to put his finger to his lip. Looking over at Y/n, she went silent while the only sound that could be heard was water dripping down and hitting the ground.
Clint drew his bow under his armpit before grabbing the flashlight more tightly, at the same time Y/n held onto the gauntlet by the wrist. Before turning around, he grabbed a bow and stood facing the red shining light.
The growl caused Y/n to glance over and furrow her eyebrows as she looked at him.
Clint shot the area, as it zoomed down the tunnel, lighting it up. There were more growls as the light showed alien light creatures crawling on the sides. A shudder swept through Y/N as she glanced at it.
Clint grabbed Y/n's hand and said, "Come on Kiddo!" while she stood up, holding on to the gauntlet as if she was a puzzle piece.
During the time that the creatures chased them at full speed down the tunnel, the two of them began to run down it.
Y/n, releasing Clint's hand while holding the gauntlet, ran more quickly than Clint did for the first time in a while as she used the Super Solider powers.
As they turned a corner, a red light began to shine down on them, and Y/n reached into her pocket and selected a type of widow bite, sending a bolt of electricity down the tunnel, electrocuting several of the creatures. Clint removed more arrows before placing them along the sides.
The two continued their run before Clint grabbed Y/n, there was a further explosion, while Y/n's ears were still running while she hit the ground next to Clint and held onto the gauntlet like it was glued to her hand.
The flames died down, while the red light continued to shine on them. Y/n grasped Clint's arrow and tossed it down the tunnel before another explosion occurred. Clint grabbed a string and tossed it high up in the air, causing it to attach itself to something in the distance.
