bruno often drank away his feelings. you couldn't blame him, considering whats happened in his life but you honestly wanted the old bruno you fell inlove with.
whenever you would have to bring him home, he was an asshole, no point in sugar coating it.
you tended to the wounds that bruno got in possibly a bar fight or just falling since he was so drunk, you still loved him, even being treated with nothing but annoyance in return.
as you placed the last bandage on his cheek, bruno had suddenly kissed you on your cheek and in his drunken state, managed to slur out "you're so lovely.. i love you so much..." he says before passing out in your arms.
you smiled weakly, gently caressing his cheek as you thought. "real sweet, but i wish you were sober."
