Janet POV:
I was so mad at Ebony for acting the way she did lastnight. Her father came all this way to see her and she acted that way. I don't know why she's been ignoring me cause I haven't did anything to her. I had to go to the studio to record a new song, so I can give her space that she obviously needs.
I was downstairs waiting for my ride. I was sitting at the kitchen table when Ebony comes walking in the kitchen also.
"Booty you rea-"
I look at Ebony when I heard that voice, Shawnette voice. She walks around the corner and Ebony looks at her with a look I'm so familiar with... she's jealous.
Shawnette: "you must be Janet's niece, Ebony?"
Ebony gives a fake big smile. I stood up from the chair, grabbing my purse.
Ebony: "where are you going?"
I ignore ebony's question cause I can ignore to.
Shawnette: "the studio so she can record a new song, wanna co-"
Janet: "shawnette let's go"
I grab her right hand pulling her to the door and as I was walking for the door, I look back at Ebony, seeing her already staring at me.
