Your POV

"Oh, Aurora! It was so awkward!" I squeaked. Aurora and I were walking through the moors. We wore nothing but our nightgowns, and our hair was free. The sky was still dark, and the moon was slowly setting. The sun had barely risen from the sea. The Moors were still semi-glowing from the night.

"Wait, let me get this straight. Your father and mother wish for you to be Queen?" Aurora asked, raising a brow. "Exactly," I confirmed. "Well, aren't you excited?" Aurora asked. "Yes, of course, I am. However, that is not what was awkward," I said, cringing. Aurora stopped walking and stepped in front of me. She put her hands on my shoulders. "Then what is it, y/n? Start from the beginning and tell me what happened last night," Aurora said calmly. Taking a deep breath, I began to recall the events of last night.

Last Night

"How do you feel about being an older sister?" Father asked hesitantly. I stared at my father for a few seconds. 'Older sister?' "Excuse me, what?" I asked. "How do you feel about being an older sister?" Father repeated. "Um, why do you ask?" I asked, standing up and facing my father. Father looked at me nervously. "Your mother wishes to have another child. She misses having a child around the castle, and so do I. So, we wish to have another one," Father explained. I couldn't help but laugh a little as I started to pace back and forth. "Father, you know I'm 18 years old. I'll be 19 at the end of the year. Don't you think that having a younger child would be awkward?" I narrowed my eyes at my father.

"Well, yes, y/n. However, we wanted to get your opinion on the matter," Father scratched the back of his neck. I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose. "If you and mother were to have more children, what would happen to me? What would happen to the throne? Who would rule over Senara?" I questioned. "You have many good questions, y/n. Your mother and I wish to speak to you about it. So, we can figure it out together," Father walked over to me, taking my hand into his. "We know this is a big decision to make. That is why we wish to speak with you together. Just you, me, and your mother," Father brushed some of my h/c hair behind my ear. "Can I have time to think it over?" I asked. Father wrapped me in a hug. "Take all the time you need, Snowflake,"

Present

"Oh my, that is awkward," Aurora giggled into her hand. By now, the sun has halfway risen. The sky was turning from orange to light blue. "I know. What am I to do?" I asked, tangling my fingers in my hair. "Well, I can't answer that for you. I've never had any siblings before," I sighed nervously, catching Aurora's attention. "Um, however, when the union is signed, that would make you and I sisters. So to speak," Aurora said with a cheeky smile. I couldn't help but laugh at Aurora. "Oh, what would I do without you?" I laughed. "Probably swoon over Udo all day and night," Aurora giggled.

After a few more minutes of walking, we arrived at the Moors castle. "Aurora, it's beautiful," I admired the palace. "Thank you, y/n," Aurora smiled at me. Suddenly, the ground shook as a bulky creature walked toward us. "AURORA, WHAT IS THAT!" I squealed, backing away slowly. Aurora laughed at me, nearly losing her balance. "Oh, y/n. That is one of the Moors Guards. His name is Branch," Aurora introduced the creature. The creature grunted lowly at me, bowing its head. "H-hello, Branch," I stuttered back. "IS THAT THE PRINCESS?!" Someone shouted from behind us.

I turned to see three faeries. One was pink, one was blue, and the other was green. "Yes, this is Princess Y/n," Aurora introduced me. "Y/n, this is Knotgrass, Flitter, and Thistlewit," Aurora introduced the three faeries. Within seconds, the faeries started to ask me multiple questions.

"Weren't you at the wedding?"
"Are you the same princess as before?"
"When did you get wings?"
"How old are you?"
"Are you married?"
"Does Maficent know about you?"
"Are you with anyone?"
