"COME BACK HERE, BRATS!"
Uzui was screaming at the top of his lungs as the boys scattered the streets. I stood by his side with my arms crossed over my chest, giving him a judgemental look. "You would be a terrible parent" I smirked when a tick mark formed on his forehead.
He turned to me and poked my head with gritted teeth. "Shut up, you!" He yelled out, attracting attention towards us.
Zenitsu began to run further and further away, into the large crowd, making Uzui turn his way with clenched fists. "OI, YELLOW BOY! GET BACK HERE!" I chuckled at his useless attempts as the boys continued to roam around the city.
Out of the corner of my eye, I see a few men looking at my frame with lustful eyes, making me narrow my eyes and scoff while crossing my arms over my chest uncomfortably.
Uzui turned to me when he heard my scoff, his teeth were gritted in annoyance until he spotted the glances the men gave me.
He clenched his teeth and scowled at them before turning his gaze back to me and grabbing my hand.
I looked up to him, only to see his eyes somewhere else, avoiding my gaze. My eyes widened when I realized what he was doing and I smiled lightly, giving his hand a small squeeze as a thank you.
He squeezed my hand back before dragging me over to Tanjiro and Inosuke, who was watching the area with starry eyes.
Zenitsu turned his gaze to us and his eyes immediately locked onto our intertwined hands. He glared at them before walking over to us with a shadow cast over his eyes. his hands were balled at his side and his features held no emotion, making Tanjiro slightly tense.
Tanjiro spoke up as we soon began to walk through the bustling streets, my hand still enveloped by Uzui's warm palm. "This place is so bright, it looks like the daytime..." He spoke with awe at the buildings around him.
Uzui nodded. "This is the Yoshiwara entertainment district. It's filled with lust and desire from many men and women. A town of the night, swirling with love and hate." He grinned and pulled me closer to him as we walked. "Flashy, huh?" He finished.
Inosuke began to sweat and clutched the head of his boar mask. "What the heck is this?!" He exclaimed in panic, making our attention turn to him. "It's filled with people!!" He exclaimed before he jumped into the crowds in a frenzy. He crashed into carts, people, and anything in his way, making me purse my lips and sigh.
Uzui took his hand away from his grip before turning towards the other two. "Stay there, and take care of her! Make sure no one gets their grubby hands on her! Got that!" He exclaimed. The boys nodded before Uzui ran into the crowd after Inosuke. "GET BACK HERE, BRAT!"
