You really were gonna give the phone back to Hanma until Kokonoi spoke up.

After a while of silence you heard him sigh.

Kokonoi- "Listen, I know we've been pretty mean to you."

"WE?!"

"Shut up Ran!"

Kokonoi- "And I know that we probably scared you with almost putting a bullet in you a few times but I promise that we didn't mean to scare you like that..."

You were sure you heard someone snicker.

Kokonoi- "On behalf of all of us in Bonten....."

You heard him groan a bit as he cursed under his breath.

Kokonoi- "We are sorry for all the trouble we put you through."

Kokonoi- "We're sorry we ruined your vacation. We're sorry for trapping you with us and we're sorry for not protecting you when you got drugged last night but believe me when I tell you this, if you can please help Mikey....We will forever be in your debt.."

Wow.

That was the most genuine Koko had ever sounded to you.

It must've taken alot for Koko to actually tell you this in front of the other members.

Mikey must really mean alot to them if they're willing to put their pride aside to help save him.

You almost felt sorry for them and accepted to help then and there.

The silence on the other end made your lips curl.

Kokonoi- "Are you f*cking kidding me right now?"

You- "Do you hear me laughing?"

Kokonoi- "Do you know how much thought I've put into those words?!"

You- "And I don't give a f*ck about any of it, the offer was taken off the table the moment you doubted me."
