Chapter 25

((Police Station))

"Boss, we got him."

Naoto nodded to the agent.

Naoto- "Where is he now?"

"They managed to capture him in the next city."

Naoto- "Have them take him to one of our secret bases, we want to avoid any suspicions."

"Yes sir, that's exactly what they are doing now."

Naoto- "Good, how far are they from the base?"

"They will be here in about 15 minutes or so."

Naoto- "Alright, we should probably start heading over there."

"Yes sir.."

Naoto then left his office to find the Chief.

Once he reached his office, he knocked thrice.

"Yes?"

Naoto- "Its me, my team has captured the suspect."

The Chief then went to open the door.

Chief- "Where is he now?"

Naoto- "He will he taken to a secret base we have in the other city, we must head over there to avoid any suspicions."

The Chief nodded.

Chief- "How soon do we need to leave?"

Naoto- "The sooner the better, I was informed that they will arrive in about 15 minutes or so."

Chief- "Alright, but allow me to bring some of my men with us."

Naoto- "Of course."

The Chief and Naoto then walked towards a door that leads to a hidden parking structure where they keep their vehicles.

Naoto- "Anything new from your informant?"

Chief- "No, its been awfully quiet on their end since they've mentioned the doctor to me."

Naoto- "What are the chances that they've been discovered?"

Chief- "I doubt it, there hadn't been any rustling and the signal hasn't been disturbed."

Naoto- "I just worry for their safety Chief, as well as they are fulfilling the role, I don't want them to get cornered when their cover is blown."

Chief- "Let me worry about that, I know this whole mission is risky but I entrust them to keep a subtle image."

Naoto hummed.

He decided not to say anymore, knowing that the Chief won't change his motive.

He just hopes that he knows what he's doing.

"We need to talk...."

You- "About what Sanzu?"

Sanzu- "Oh not much.....just about how much you pissed me off during our little 'chat'."

He brought the shiny object up to his shoulder, clearly seeing that its a katana.

You sighed.

You- "Listen, I know I pissed you off but I already took care of Mikey like I said I would."

Sanzu- "Yeah, but now that means we don't NEED you anymore."

He walked closer to you, making you step back a bit.

You- "You can't kill me.."

Sanzu- "Tell me why I shouldn't?"

You- "Because Mikey still needs me.."
