Earlier, when I left the Hunters Union, I decided to hunt the spiders as well, since I knew killing the Fire Viper wouldn't take that long.

I started heading toward the last recorded sighting of the Poisonous Arachnids. On my way there, I found some monsters which were killed quickly.

I made it to the cave where they were spotted. I then entered it and found spider threads all over the cave walls. I collected them so I could possibly use them for making clothes in the future.

After collecting arachnid threads for a while and slowly getting further into the cave, I finally found a purple and black poisonous arachnid which was three times larger than a human, which was on the ceiling, trying to hide its presence so it could sneak attack me, but it was too big and I could sense it using blood sense and blood flow sense which allows me to not only sense any living creature with blood, but to also see their blood flow and the best spots to drink blood from.

It noticed it failed to sneak up on me, so it decided to attack by trapping me in threads and sinking its poisonous fangs into me. It then jumped down from the ceiling toward my direction, trying to sink its large poisonous fangs into my body with quickly.

I decided to try to get poison and pain resistance in this fight, so I had to allow it to inflict some poison damage to allow me to gain the skill. The only reason I am taking this risk is because my Hyper Regeneration can quickly heal the damage left by the poison. After a few seconds of it sinking its fangs into my arm, this system notification appeared.

[Proficiency has hit the required amount. The skill Lesser Poison Resistance acquired]

[Proficiency has hit the required amount. The skill Lesser Pain Resistance acquired]

I allowed the arachnid to keep inflicting poison on me, even though I could die from it, but I took the chances of getting it over the chances of dying from it.

After a while, I felt that the poison would continue increasing my resistances for a few hours until it disappeared, so I decided to kill this arachnid to hunt more to further poison myself for faster proficiency.

The arachnid thought I was about to die, so when I started moving like nothing had happened, it made it shocked.

I then created the Blood Scythe and slashed at its nonexistent neck, which was only able to cut through 1/10 of it. I thought it would be weak, but I guess I underestimated it too much.

I used short-range-transportation, allowing myself to get my arm out of its fangs' grasp. I did feel dizzy from the poison, but not enough to make me die or faint from it.

I then bolted, leaving afterimages behind. I appeared right above the arachnid and slashed with 3x the power of the previous strike, which chopped off 4 of its legs, leading it to fall down. It began to rapidly lose blood.

I pierced its heart, which killed it instantly. After finishing the fight, I decided to check my system notifications.

[Proficiency has reached the required level, Lesser Pain Resistance has reached level 23]

The poison was a very deadly poison, so it makes sense that the level went up this drastically. Anyway, I'm still going to increase my poison and pain resistance skills by getting bitten continuously.

After thinking about this for a while, I put the arachnid's corpse in my storage space and headed further into the cave.

I then found 8 Poisonous Arachnids which were the same size of the one I previously fought. I decided to keep increasing my proficiency in Poison and Pain Resistance since I may need some in the future.

I used short-range-transportation, allowing myself to get my arm out of its fangs' grasp. I did feel dizzy from the poison, but not enough to make me die or faint from it.

One of them spotted me and tried using their trapping me with its threads and infusing poison into me, which I allowed it to do. After it infused a decent amount of poison, I used Short-Ranged-Teleportation and pierced into its heart before it could react.

The remaining 7 Poisonous Arachnids finally noticed me after killing one of them, so they began to sprint toward me at high speeds. I dodged the first attack by a hair and pierced its heart in seconds.

After the second one died, the remaining 6 were now less than 2 meters away from me, so I used Short-Range-Teleportation and pierced two of their hearts in an instant, leaving 4 remaining.

Two more attacked shortly after killing the two arachnids, but it didn't bother me since I could end it quicker, so I bolted towards them leaving an afterimage, and appeared above one of them while slashing my scythe into its leg joints, cutting half of them in the process, and then piercing its brain without any difficulty which killed it instantly.

As for the last one of the two attacking me currently, it was trying to sneak attack me while it's partner was fighting me, but it was shortly pierced through the heart before finding out what happened.

The remaining two attacked, and I decided to let them inflict poison on me to further increase my resistances. After both of them trapped me in threads, they both dug their fangs into me while infusing poison.

The two remaining Poisonous Arachnids thought I was exhausted from the battle, which allowed them to trap me in threads and inflict poison on me without resistance.

After five minutes of them infusing poison into me, I felt dizzy from the poison, which told me it was about time that I killed them, since they had inflicted enough poison to drastically improve my poison and pain resistance.

They were surprised at how I was still alive even though they both had been infusing poison into me for five minutes, which should have killed me minutes ago.

I then used Short-Range-Teleportation to get out of imprisonment. I slashed my scythe at the head of one of the arachnids while he was in a daze and pierced his brain, killing him instantly.

The other arachnid came out of its daze and began to attack, which failed since their attack pattern is an assassination type, so they are not good in close quarters combat.

I then quickly killed the last one and drank a little of its blood to see if it tasted good, which I regretted shortly after with a taste of extreme bitterness which I struggled to swallow.

After getting the taste of the arachnid's blood out of my mouth, I stored the eight corpses in my space storage and headed further into the cave.

I found Poisonous Arachnids similar to the previous nine I killed before. I did the same procedure, allowing them to infuse poison into me and killing them afterwards.

After getting infused with poison and killing them afterward for a few hundred times, I finally ran into the Poisonous Arachnids Guards, which are a darker purple and 2x bigger than the normal Poisonous Arachnids.

The Poisonous Arachnids Guards protect the Queen, who is a Poisonous Arachne, a Poisonous Arachnid with a spider body for the lower half and a beautiful woman for the upper half.

There was one Poisonous Arachnids Guard, which made me think I was getting close to the Queen. It noticed me and bolted toward me, leaving an afterimage. It then appeared in front of me and used its scythe-like claws to attack me, which I blocked with my scythe.

I figured it was at least five times stronger than the normal Poisonous Arachnids. I decided to take it seriously so I didn't decide to purposely get bitten by the arachnid.

It realized that it wouldn't have any advantage in close quarters combat, so it began using poison magic to attack from a distance.

At first I dodged, but I decided to allow the poison magic to hit to increase my poison and pain resistance.

After a while, I once again felt dizzy from the pain and the poison, but I decided I would attack now, since I've reached my limit for this poison for now.

I teleported to the right of it, which was out of its attack range, and slashed my scythe at its head, which pierced half way through. It attacked me instantly after I attacked, which I dodged by teleporting away.

I once again teleported, but this time I appeared above it, and I used the momentum from my fall to pierce the remaining half of its neck, killing it instantly.
