"Why don't we start the meeting by talking about the problems which each district is facing as well as the things which need improvement to solve the problems". Harimogura Ozara said with a dry smile while everyone agreed with him.
"OK, then I'll start first, since I'm the host of this meeting then". Harimogura Ozara while taking out some documents.
"My district is currently facing a shortage of teachers for teaching children their magic as well as bandits who are either stealing crops, kidnapping women, and causing disturbances. Harimogura Ozara with a serious expression.
"As for ways to solve those problems, I will be needing some extra teachers from your districts and some extra men to deal with the bandits who are efficient at assassination and scouting, since there are professionals at their job". Harimogura Ozara with a serious expression.
"I can send some extra teachers over to your district since I have more than I need". Usagi Mamiko said with a smile.
"I can send some assassins and scouts over to assist you with the bandits nya". Neko Qadir said with a smile.
"Thanks, now that is solved, anyone else can go next if they like." Harimogura Ozara said while gesturing that he was done with talking.
"We are starting to run out of training resources as well as equipment for the children, so we need some. That's the only problem we're suffering currently". Māmeido Fumihito said with a genuine expression.
"I can send extra resources and equipment to you". Kiyomi said with a smile.
"Thanks, that's all I need. Anyone else can go now". Māmeido Fumihito with a friendly expression.
The Neko Family, Kuma Family, Fenriru Family said that they haven't had any problems facing their district currently, so now there were only the Kitsunezaki Family and Usagi Family left.
"There have been some people spying near my palace and throughout my district, but before I can catch them they are already gone, so I need some trackers and some assassins to capture them and gather information from them". Kiyomi said with a serious expression.
"...". Harimogura Ozara was shocked by what Kiyomi said.
"Ozara, why are you so surprised by what I said? Are you the one sending the spies?" Kiyomi with a curious expression.
"N-no I'm not, I'm just surprised that there are actually people spying on your family as well as your district". Harimogura Ozara said while shaking his head.
"Good, but if you are the one who is spying on my district you will pay for it accordingly". Kiyomi said with a sinister grin.
"Now then, my district has many skilled trackers, so we can send some trackers from our district". Fenriru Asami said with a meaningful expression.
"Thanks, that's all I need". Kiyomi said with a smile.
"We are running out of crops, since monsters have been continuously attacking our crops and eating them, but we have dealt with the monsters, so the only thing we need is crops to grow". Usagi Mamiko said while resting her head against her hand on the table.
"I can send some extra crops over". Māmeido Fumihito with a slight smile, while Mamiko nodded her head in gratitude.
"Alright now that the problems that we are facing now have solutions, are there any problems outside of the districts that we have found out?" Harimogura Ozara said with cold sweat dripping down his face from previously.
"There have been sightings from the people of a horde of monsters and demons making their own territory in the north near the border which connects to the Yosei Kingdom and Sterus Kingdom". Fenriru Asami said with a serious expression.
"Then we can have the harpies scout the numbers of the monsters and demons as well as how much land they have taken over". Harimogura Ozara said with a smile, while everyone else agreed with his proposition.
"Lucious, go bring the Harpy Queen to us, so we can discuss this matter with her". Harimogura Ozara said with a serious expression.
"Yes Sir, right away". Lucious said while bowing and then leaving shortly after.
10 minutes passed with 7 families talking about minor problems as well as solutions to those problems. The door to the Assembly Hall opened with Lucious and a woman coming in.
The woman had an average height and slender figure with a large bosom, she had black feathers covering her breast, while black and light gray feathers covered her waist down to her knee, she had black hair that went down to her mid-back, a bird's tail sprouting from her lower back, bird wings sprouting from her shoulderblades replacing her arms, and bird legs with talons for feet, beautiful face, human ears, a slender neck, and gold eyes that shimmered with excitement.
"What do you want, lovey dovey children?" Feronia asked with a joking but serious expression.
"Why do you call us that even though your younger than us?" Harimogura Ozara asked with an angry expression.
"Because it's fun seeing you little lovers play around". Feronia then pouted, while trying to hide her smile.
"Why are you calling us little?" Harimogura Ozara asked with a vein popping on his head.
"Because to me you are little children". Feronia said while tapping her two index fingers together.
"F-fine, you won, now can we get to business now?" Harimogura Ozara said with an annoyed expression.
"Hehe". A few of the females began laughing while trying to be quiet.
"I heard that, let's not waste time anymore". Harimogura Ozara said while rolling her eyes.
"Your no fun, but fine I'll get serious now". Feronia said while pouting.
"Good". Harimogura Ozara said with a received expression.
"Feronia, we'll need you to send some of your race to go scouting the north where monsters and demons made their own territory". Harimogura Ozara said with a serious expression.
"OK, I'll be doing that right away". Feronia said cheerfully, like nothing had happened previously.
She then left without anyone dismissing her, which made Harimogura Ozara even more angry, but he was able to relax once his wife told him she was gone.
"Seriously what is wrong with that bird?"Harimogura Ozara thought to himself, while showing an easy-to-read expression, allowing everyone to understand what he was thinking about and snickering.
"Is there anything else that's important and needs to be solved? If not, then this meeting is over". Harimogura Ozara said while looking at everyone.
Everyone nodded to say there was nothing else to discuss.
"Good then the meeting is now over, so I'll have Lucious take you to your rooms, where you will be staying the night". Harimogura Ozara quickly said so he could leave quicker.
Harimogura Ozara then stormed out of the meeting hall with his wife and daughter, which made everyone snicker even more about how on point Feronia was about Ozara being a child.
We then followed Lucious to our rooms, which didn't have any interference, since there was no more commotion after the meeting.
