"I wasn't expecting the Takao Family's young master to desire a vampire as his wife, but I can see why he fell in love with you at first sight." As I was no longer disguised by human disguise, Kyoufu stated as he glanced at me.

He summoned a l spear, which was mainly silver with black streaks radiating a black vile energy.

"I suppose this will determine who dies, but even if you die, the other intruder will kill me." As he took a stance, Kyoufu stated with a serious expression.

While he was speaking I stepped forward and reappeared behind him with two chaos dagger in hand, which he parried by twirling his spear.

*Clang!

I was pushed back a few meters by the force of his attack, which was greater than I had anticipated.

Sensing danger from his next attack, I quickly closed the distance between us.

I stomped on his spear's shaft and vaulted over his body as a ray of vile energy blasted towards my location, erasing everything in its path.

*Boom!

Taking advantage of the opportunity, I quickly rotated my upper torso as I stabbed my dagger towards the nape of his neck, which he parried at the last moment, giving me the sense that this would be a tough fight.

I deactivated the chaos dagger and grabbed the shaft of his spear, swinging my body in front of his as I aimed to knee him in the chin.

*Crack!

As his eyes rolled back, I took advantage of the opportunity to quickly construct my dagger and flipped myself over his body as I sliced his neck, which he couldn't prevent as he was stuck between consciousness and unconsciousness.

He clutched his neck as the vile energy from his spear crept up his body until it reached his neck, where it immediately healed his wound as the vile energy dimmed, signifying that some of the energy in the spear had been used up.

"It appears that the vile energy heals any fatal wounds inflicted by the owner, but only until it runs out of energy, which I suppose makes this fight less boring." I thought, as I saw Kyoufu recompose himself.

I was about to stab his shoulder, but he pushed out with his spear, launching me into the air, which left me in a defenseless position.

He thrusted his spear at me, which I parried with another dagger, causing me to feel the force of his attack, which I exploited by flipping myself a few times before reorienting myself, all the while flicking my hand, which flung three space needles at him before I landed and stepped forward.

He sensed he wouldn't be able to parry the needles, so he slightly leaned back, allowing the needles to entirely miss him and tear three holes in the wall nearby.

I appeared behind him as I thrusted my knee into his spine, while activating[Bleeding Curse]  as I slit his throat with a dagger.

"Aahhh."

*Crack!, Pffff!

The black vile energy crept up his body, healing his two wounds and devouring the bleeding curse as it slid back into the spear, dimming it even more and allowing him to continue fighting.

"I better end this before my spear runs out of energy." Kyoufu thought as he thrusted his spear at me once again.

As I sensed immediate danger from his spear, I activated [Space Barrier] as a pitch black force that appeared to be the black vile energy devouring my space barrier.

"It appears to be similar to my Vampiric Skills, but it is unquestionably a weaker form, but regardless of the fact that humans despise vampires, some have been willing to create weapons with vampire abilities." I thought as I was irritated and disappointed that the humans sought to imitate one of my race's skills.

"However, I suppose it simplifies things." I said as my space barrier collapsed, enabling the spear to continue on its path, I opted to grab the spear's shaft rather than evade it as it sought to devour me.

"You fool, I won." Kyoufu was surprised that I grasped the spear rather than dodging it, but he was glad I did since I would die to the devouring ability, which would not only restore but also strengthen the spear's energy.

"It's no surprise they could utilize vampire skills; they killed a vampire and fused their intrinsic abilities into this spear." As I began talking with the energy, I pondered.

"I'll offer you two options: either assimilate with me or I'll kill you right now."

Since the energy still had some of its prior self's will, it chose to assimilate with me as it knelt down, knowing that I had a higher status.

"Good choice."

The energy within the spear ceased attempting to devour me and instead began to be devoured by me until assimilating into me as its last ounce of will dissipated, leaving no trace of the dead vampire behind.

"How is this possible? Unless you're a much higher tier, you shouldn't be able to absorb the energy of a royalty tier vampire." Kyoufu said with his brows curved.

Once the energy was completely drained from the spear, it turned to ashes, as the expression on Kyoufu, went from shock to terror as he inspected me.

"V-Vampire Princess, no wonder you could easily consume the royalty tier energy, but the young master of the Takao Family is wishing to die by attempting to force the vampire princess to be his wife." Kyoufu said as his panic grew and he gritted his teeth in hatred at Isamu Takao for placing him in this situation.

I formed five throwing knives and flung them at him, each aiming for the joints, but he evaded them as I appeared behind him with chaos spikes that pierced his feet, leaving him unable to avoid me from stabbing my two daggers into his neck before snapping his vertebrae in half, swiftly killing him.
