Their love was constantly compared to the stars. Stars were a strange thing to see in Ketterdam, but when they were seen it was magical. It was a sight to marvel at, their beauty was a foreign sight. Foreign. Strange. That was their love, so it only made sense to make the comparison.

As time went on, their feelings for each other weren't as strong. They had been told that if you really love someone you'll feel the same way as you did the first time you realized you were in love.
