Part 36

You took a cool drink glass and turned around to see taehyung standing behind you with his hands tucked in his pockets.

"Hi Ms.y/n!" Your eyes widen at his sudden appearance as you stumbled a little bit back which made you slip because of the heels you were wearing.

"Ah!" You closed your ready to hear the sound of table behind you fall down, breaking of glasses,making a huge mess and lastly break your back but before any of that could happen.....

"Y/n!" You felt a hand snaking around your waist and another hand holding your hand in which you're holding a cool drink glass.

You fluttered your eyes open, just to be meet with his starry eyes, getting lost in them.

"Taehyung!" you came into your senses when someone called him and abruptly pushed him away.

Taehyung stumbled back and instantly a frown was formed on his face.

"Taehyung! Here you are, i was searching for you" it was Kiara. She smiled at you as she approached both of you. Luckily she hasn't seen you both in that prince and princess pose.

"Hey y/n" she greeted to which you smiled but that smile slowly disappeared when she linked her hand around taehyung's arm. Taehyung noticed it.

"Sorry to distrub you both but i need to talk to taehyung." She said and dragged him away from there, you scoffed looking at them.

You felt like throwing the glass in your hand but stopped yourself because the poor glass didn't do anything and so do did the liquid inside.

You just gulped the drink down in one go and slammed the glass on table with a thud before going back and sitting in your place.

It's been 2 hours since you sat there while talking with ga-eun, nayeon and Kai who returned back after talking on a call. You all took pictures and did some weird videos.

But all this while you searched for taehyung just to see him hanging around with Kiara by his side and that made you upset when it shouldn't. And he has been ignoring you too. He hasn't talked to you after the previous encounter. Aren't you supposed to get over him?why are you disturbed over him ignoring you? You don't know why you are doing totally opposite to what you have actually had in your mind.

You were in your thoughts when Suddenly the lights illuminating turned dimmer and the roaring music turned into some Romantic classic music. People gathered in the middle on the dance floor and started dancing with their partners along with the rhythm.

It was good and You were enjoying seeing the couples dancing until you saw certain someone joining in. It was taehyung and Kiara they laughed as they started dancing.

Taehyung had his one hand wrapped around her waist while other one was holding her hand. It reminded you of him and you dancing at the wedding in Busan. It was supposed to be you in her place but things have changed atleast that's what you thought.

Your hands turned into fists when taehyung made eye contact with you and raised his brow at you before averting his gaze back towards Kiara.

Your fisted palm smashed against the table making the girls and Kai startle. You sharply turned your head at Kai and let your hand out towards him.

"What?" He asked confused

"Dance with me!" You stood up, looking at him dead in the eyes. Kai gulped and looked ga-eun and nayeon who had their eyes turned into love shapes.

"Woahh i think my ship is sailing!" Ga-eun exclaimed.

"Come on! Kai what are you waiting for!" Nayeon whom Kai just introduced himself to said.

Having no other away Kai took your hand and took you to the dance floor. Taehyung who had his eyes fixed on you saw you approaching the dance floor with Kai. His jaw clenched.

Both of your eyes meet and pierced daggers at each other before taehyung scoffed making you look away.

You laid your hands on kai's shoulder and held his hand with another one unknowingly making his heart pick up it's pace. A smile made it's way on his lips as he moved with you.

He wrapped his hand around your waist with hesitation but you were busy boring holes at the back of  taehyung's head to notice.

It seemed as if you both are competitors in dance competition. Everytime taehyung would do a different dance step you would do the same thing the other way.

Taehyung twirled Kiara and you twirled yourself while holding kai's hand. Kai looked at where you are looking at and saw taehyung staring back and he's smile dropped.

He was hurt. He know that you saw him as but a friend. But he hoped that he had a chance.so he danced, danced with you hoping he'll get your attention.

You danced forgetting the fact that you don't know how to dance just like the last time when you dance with taehyung but that time with it was out of euphoria but this time it was out jealousy.

Suddenly you tripped and your breath quickened as you were about to fall when Kai pulled you towards him making you crash against his chest.

Your eyes closed, breath uneven with your hands on Kai chest as Kai had his both hands wrapped around your waist. It happened all of a sudden and when you looked up you were too close to Kai.

Too close for taehyung's liking as taehyung witnessed this at the wrong time he missed the main part of you tripping so, for him it looked like Kai was about to kiss you and it triggered him.

He left Kiara and walked towards you with gritted teeth and rage pulsating in his veins. Before you could collect what's happening taehyung separated you from kai and dragged you with him without uttering a word.

"Y/n!" "taehyung!" Kai and Kiara yelled only for taehyung to ignore them.

"Mr.kim" you said trying to remove his tight grip on your wrist. Taehyung took you inside the penthouse and then into a room before dragging you in and slamming the door before slamming you against it.

"M-mr.kim" your voice came out as stutter when you looked into his darkened orbs. He had both of your hands pinned against on the door on either side of your head.

"What were you doing back there?" Taehyung said sternly, his breath hit your lips as he closed the distance between you two.

"I-i was"

"You were what?Huh?" His voice was dangerously low and husky. But you suddenly scoffed at his audacity to talk to you like this when he had a fiancée to whom he will be getting married soon.

"why do you care!? It's none of your business!" You said out loud looking directly into his eyes which angered him.

In a moment he's lips meet yours and you could feel the butterflies in your belly. You got goosebumps but You just stayed there like a statue until he detached his lips from yours

"You don't get to talk to me like this" he pressed you to the door, slowly releasing your hands from his grip as his hands made their way towards your waist and rested there.

You just looked at him in shock before realisation hit you which resulted you to push him. Taehyung frowned.

"What the hell!" You wiped your lips and yelled at him.

"How could you do that when you have a fiancée waiting for you outside!" You yelled making his frown bigger.

"Fiancée? Whom are you talking about?" Taehyung spoke softly, taking steps closer towards you.

"Kiara!" You said looking away from him.

"And who told you that she was my fiancée?" He said and once again he was infront you, tucking your hair stands behind your ear.

"I heard few employees talking" you revealed making the man infront of you chuckle.

"So what? what if i do have a fiancée?"
