3rd Person POV
Tatsumi carved his way through the insectoid guards Makoto had sent at him. He lunged at the head of Shikoutazer and punched it with all his might once more. The gigantic monster of a teigu was sent skidding back slightly, but it reacted to the punch differently. Tatsumi also had noticed, he felt it when his punch had landed.
Tatsumi (thoughts): It's hardened, what the hell?
Makoto: You are annoying me, before I move on..... I think I should kill you first!
Makoto then fired a barrage of missiles at Tatsumi. In attempt to avoid them, Tatsumi began to dash away. But as the missiles got closer, they began exploding around him before even touching him! As Tatsumi did his best to avoid the missiles, he noticed something.
One of the missiles was directly heading towards a group of civilians. Rushing through the explosions, Tatsumi intercepted the missile. However, his interception involved getting in front of it. The missile exploded as it hit his back, and Tatsumi fell onto the ground. Shikoutazer held out its hand, and a grotesque blade shot forth towards Tatsumi.
But before he could be impaled however, he was grabbed by a blur. When Tatsumi looked at who had grabbed him, he saw that it was Wave in Grand Chariot's armor.
Tatsumi: Wave?!
Wave: You can thank me later, are you alright?
Tatsumi: I'm in rough shape, but I can't stop now. I have to..... I have to stop that damn monster
Wave: Anymore and you might die man! You can't keep pushing yourself like this!
Tatsumi: I've got no choice, I have to, for the people I care about! For everyone!
Shikoutazer looked towards where Wave and Tatsumi were. It loomed over them as it roared in fury, Wave gritted his teeth before coming to a conclusion. If Tatsumi is gonna fight this monstrosity, so was he! Wave then summoned his own spear through sheer will, he was now armed to properly fight Shikoutazer like Tatsumi.
Wave: If you're gonna fight that thing, so am I!
Tatsumi: Then let's get this done!
The two dashed forward towards the monstrous teigu, leaping up into the air at it. Shikoutazer attempted to swat them away, but both Wave and Tatsumi avoided the strike. Instead, Wave lodged his spear into its arm as Tatsumi lodged his into its chest. It didn't do much, but it was something at least.
Tatsumi and Wave then began dragging their spears through the corrupted flesh as they head straight for Shikoutazer's head. The two were going to cleave at it as best they could. But as they got closer, Shikoutazer managed to grab both of them before they could react. It held the two in each hand and slowly began to crush them.
Makoto: This ends now!
But suddenly, a barrage of fire hit Shikoutazer in the chest. It dropped Tatsumi and Wave onto the ground, the two then dashed to put some distance between them and the teigu. Shikoutazer looked towards where the shot had came from, and it saw its opponent. The mighty Imperator Class Titan, marching closer and closer to the capital walls.
Makoto: YOU DARE OPPOSE ME?!
The approaching titan then blared its warhorn at Shikoutazer, not at all afraid, nor impressed by the chaotic monstrosity it faced.
