Sab's POV
"First things first, do we have any volunteers for the minutes of the meeting?"
For a few seconds, the club room was suddenly filled with silence. I rolled my eyes and raised my hand. Hindi naman mahirap iyon pero bakit walang may gustong gumawa? Ang tamad niyong lahat, hay nako!
"All right Sab, tell me whenever you're ready," Lily mumbled.
"Go na girl, keri ko na 'to."
She nod her head and began introducing the old members.
It's the start of the school year which also means today is the welcoming of new Russell Riders members. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na kada start ng sem lang sila nagdadagdag ng mga myembro ng club. Pero iilan lang kami kahit na ang rinig ko ay napakaraming sumubok mapasama sa amin.
Mahigpit pala sila sa pagtanggap ng mga bago. Lahat ay dumadaan pa sa mabusising pagsusuri. Lily and the whole RR club don't just accept outsiders to be part of their group. Pinangangalagaan nila ang reputation nila kaya naman kung ano anong stages pa pala ang ginawa nung iba bago sila makarating sa initiation stage.
Doon ko nalaman na special treatment pala ang nangyari sa amin ni Marina. Napabuti pa pala ang panghahamon sa akin ni Lily dahil instant member na ako ngayon. After the deal, I immediately received an invitation to become one of the them.
Isang box ang kasama ng letter na iyon kung saan laman ay mga merch for Russell. There were caps, pins, keychains, shirts, jackets, hoodies, ballpens, and even stickers. Mukhang may budget talaga sila. Cool!
I am currently wearing a black and purple hoodie with RR logo on the back. Kung ako ang tatanungin, mas gusto ko sana kung mukha ni Russell ang nakatatak doon ngunit ayaw daw iyon ng hubby ko kaya naman palaging logo lang ang nilalagay nila.
I still like it though. To be part of a group that shares the same interest with mine makes me really happy.
After the short introduction na hindi ko naman napakinggan masyado, Lily proceeded with going through her notes. She is now discussing the Triple R, which is short for Russell Riders' Rules.
Number one.
Treat Russell as our King. He should be the center of our world, our life and our every breath.
I personally have no problem with this rule since it's already given that he's the center of my whole existence. He's the reason why I'm here in Brooklyn and my main purpose is to make him fall in love with me. So yeah, I'm all for that rule.
