To say Haechan was busy was a complete understatement.
The few days after Christmas and leading up to New years consisted of schedule after schedule. This meant that Haeri and Donghyuck had rarely spoken during this time.
Haeri couldn't lie and say she didn't subconsciously wait for him to emerge during her shifts, feeling glimmer of disappointment when he was nowhere to be seen.
They had texted back and forth a few times but nothing enough to maintain a conversation, after all he barely had time to even breathe let alone try and keep and ongoing conversation.
He felt bad, he did but he knew that she was an understanding person and soon he'd visit her when he wasn't consumed by practice after practice and recordings.
