The Doctor and Ida stared at the wrecked capsule, in horror, at the realisation they were stuck at Point Zero. The Doctor couldn't help but worry about what was happening above with Raelle, feeling the sudden waves of fear and panic flood his chest. He knew Raelle was trying her best to reassure him from afar, but his own natural instincts couldn't help but worry. He turned to look at Ida.

"How much air have we got?"

Ida checked the metre, looking back at the Doctor with slightly panicked eyes. "Sixty minutes." She nodded, before the metre beeped. "Fifty five." She sighed. "Well, we've got all this cable, we might as well use it." She gestured to the capsule, making her way over. "The drum's disconnected. We could adapt it, feed it through."

"And then what?" He asked, watching Ida fiddle with the cable, leading it over to the hole.

"Abseil into the pit."

The Doctor swallowed, nodding his head slowly. "Abseil. Right."

Ida continued to collect the cable, continuing to explain. "We're running out of air with no way back. It's the only thing we can do. Even if it's the last thing we ever achieve."

"I'll get back." The Doctor told her, determination evident in his voice. "Elle is up there."

Ida paused, looking at the Doctor. "Well, maybe the key to that is finding out what's in the pit."

"Well, it's half of a good plan." He shrugged.

Ida frowned in confusion. "What's the other half?"

He paused, looking Ida dead in the eye. "I go down, not you."

Jefferson pressed the switches on the control panel in the Drilling area. "Open junctions five, six, seven." A bang at the door caused the group to jump. The Ood were almost through. "Reroute filters sixteen to twenty four. Go." Jefferson commanded.

Danny shook his head, standing beside Raelle at the screen. "There's all sorts of viruses that could stop the Ood. Trouble is, we haven't got them on board."

Raelle nodded, listening to Danny. "Well, that's handy, listing all the things we haven't got. We haven't got a swimming pool either. Or a Tesco's." She smirked. Danny rolled his eyes at the girl, continuing to the screen. The screen says affirmative.

Danny stared at the screen, eyes wide, a wide smile of shock on his face. "Oh, my God. It says yes. I can do it. Hypothetically, if you flip the monitor, broadcast a flare, it can disrupt the telepathy. Brainstorm!"

"What happens to the Ood?" Raelle asked.

"It'll tank them spark out."

"There we are, then." She exclaimed, smiling. "Do it!"
